Claims (2)
- 一組の電極で構成される変換要素(8)、反射体(7)及び誘電体(10)を備える2次元・3次元共振器(4)と、基準電極(11)と、無電磁減衰領域(5a)及び電磁減衰領域(5b)を有する半導性構造体(5)と、を備える光起電要素であって、
前記誘電体(10)は、前記反射体(7)の周囲を囲んで誘導体(14)を形成し、前記誘導体(14)は、前記半導性構造体(5)内に配置され、
前記変換要素(8)は、前記誘導体(14)の前記誘電体(10)の上に前記反射体(7)と直交する様に配置され、
前記無電磁減衰領域(5a)の上面は入射面(3)を形成し、
前記領域(5a、5b)は、電気伝導率が変化する仮想境界(6)により規定され、且つ、前記電磁減衰領域(5b)は、前記無電磁減衰領域(5a)と比較して、前記基準電極(11)の方向へ向かって電気伝導率(ガンマ導電率[S/m])が増大することにより区別され、
前記2次元・3次元共振器(4)は、前記変換要素(8)を有する2次元部分と、及び前記誘導体(14)を有する3次元部分と、により形成され、前記誘導体(14)は、前記無電磁減衰領域(5a)及び前記電磁減衰領域(5b)の両方の中に配置され、
前記基準電極(11)は、前記電磁減衰領域(5b)に隣接することを特徴とする、光起電要素。 - 前記反射体(7)が、前記誘電体(10)に対して、前記入射面(3)に対して直交するように前記誘電体(10)及び前記無電磁減衰領域(5a)及び前記電磁減衰領域(5b)の境界に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光起電要素。
