Claims (5)
- 本体及び前記本体に装着される表示パネルを備える電子装置であって、前記表示パネルは透明陶磁体からなり、前記透明陶磁体は、酸化イットリウムと、酸化トリウムと、弗化リチウムと、酸化テルビウムと、を備えており、前記酸化イットリウムのモル含有量は85%〜94.99%であり、前記酸化トリウムのモル含有量は4.99%〜15%であり、前記弗化リチウム及び前記酸化テルビウムのモル含有量は0.003%〜0.007%であることを特徴とする電子装置。
- 前記表示パネルの表面粗度Raは、0.05μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載する電子装置。
- 前記表示パネルは、前記透明陶磁体を研磨、艶出し及び機械加工することによって製造されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子装置。
- 電子装置の本体に装着される表示パネルを製造するための透明陶磁体の製造方法であって、
モル含有量が85%〜94.99%である酸化イットリウムの粉状体と、モル含有量が4.99%〜15%である酸化トリウムの粉状体と、モル含有量が0.003%〜0.007%である弗化リチウムと、モル含有量が0.003%〜0.007%である酸化テルビウムと、を原料として提供し、且つ前記原料を均一に混合する工程と、
均一に混合された前記原料を適量取って、圧力が240MPa〜300MPaで、保圧時間が30min〜80minの条件下において、冷間等方圧加圧成形を行って、前記原料を予備成形体に成形する工程と、
焼結温度が1380℃〜1580℃で、焼結時間が30min〜400minである条件下において、前記予備成形体に対して無圧予備焼結を行う工程と、
アルゴンガスを保護気体とし、処理温度が1950℃〜2150℃で、圧力が240MPa〜300MPaで、保圧時間が900min〜3600minである条件下において、予備焼結された後の予備成形体に対して熱間等静圧圧縮成形を行う工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする透明陶磁体の製造方法。 - 前記酸化イットリウムの粉状体及び前記酸化トリウムの粉状体の粒径は60nm〜100nmであり、純度は99.99%より大きいことを特徴とする請求項4に記載する透明陶磁体の製造方法。
