Description
a)0.2〜1.0mmの厚さを有する金属層を含む底部金属性表面仕上げシートを移動表面上に連続的に供給する工程;
b)繊維マットおよび硬化性の発泡性樹脂組成物を移動する底部金属性表面仕上げシートに連続的に適用する工程;
c)発泡性樹脂組成物を完全に膨張させる前に、繊維マットおよびフォーム形成樹脂組成物の頂部に可撓性のバリア材料の層を連続的に適用する工程;
d)発泡性樹脂組成物を完全に膨張させる前に、底部金属性表面仕上げ層、繊維マット、樹脂組成物および可撓性バリア材料を、制限領域に連続的に通過させ、底部金属性表面仕上げ層、繊維マット、樹脂組成物および可撓性バリア材料を共に圧縮し、樹脂組成物が繊維マットに入り込み、繊維マットを含浸し、可撓性バリア材料を樹脂組成物と接触させるようにする工程;
e)次いで、可撓性バリア材料の層の頂部に接着剤層の層を連続的に適用する工程;
f)次いで接着剤層の頂部に0.2〜1.0mmの厚さを有する金属層を含む頂部金属性表面仕上げシートを連続的に適用する工程、および
g)得られたアセンブリをダブルバンドラミネータに通過させ、頂部金属性表面仕上げシートを接着剤層と接触させ、アセンブリを所定の厚さに一致させ、樹脂組成物、接着剤層または樹脂組成物および接着剤層の両方を硬化してフォームラミネートを形成する工程
を含む。
Claims (15)
- 金属性表面仕上げシートを有するフォームラミネートを調製するための連続プロセスであって、
a)0.2〜1.0mmの厚さを有する金属層を含む底部金属性表面仕上げシートを移動表面上に連続的に供給する工程;
b)繊維マットおよび硬化性の発泡性樹脂組成物を、移動する底部金属性表面仕上げシートに連続的に適用する工程;
c)発泡性樹脂組成物を完全に膨張させる前に、繊維マットおよびフォーム形成樹脂組成物の頂部に可撓性のバリア材料の層を連続的に適用する工程;
d)発泡性樹脂組成物を完全に膨張させる前に、底部金属性表面仕上げシート、繊維マット、樹脂組成物および可撓性バリア材料を、制限領域に連続的に通過させ、底部金属性表面仕上げ層、繊維マット、樹脂組成物および可撓性バリア材料を共に圧縮し、樹脂組成物が繊維マットに入り込み、繊維マットに含浸し、可撓性バリア材料を樹脂組成物と接触させるようにする工程;
e)次いで可撓性バリア材料の層の頂部に接着剤層の層を連続的に適用する工程;
f)次いで接着剤層の頂部に0.2〜1.0mmの厚さを有する金属層を含む頂部金属性表面仕上げシートを連続的に適用する工程、および
g)得られたアセンブリをダブルバンドラミネータを通過させて、頂部金属性表面仕上げシートを接着剤層と接触させ、アセンブリを所定の厚さに一致させ、必要により樹脂組成物、接着剤層、または樹脂組成物および接着剤層の両方をさらに硬化してフォームラミネートを形成する工程
を含む、プロセス。 - 前記発泡性樹脂組成物が、前記頂部金属性表面仕上げ層を適用する前に、少なくとも部分的に膨張され、および少なくとも部分的に硬化される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記発泡性樹脂組成物がイソシアネート系である、請求項1または2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記繊維マットが、20〜80g/m2の重量を有するガラス繊維のマットである、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記可撓性バリア材料が、非多孔性層と片面または両面において接着されたガラスまたは他のセラミック繊維の層を含む多層構造であって、前記可撓性バリア材料の層が20〜100mmの厚さを有する、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 工程b)の前または工程b)の間に、前記底部金属性表面仕上げシートと前記発泡性樹脂組成物との間に接着剤の層を堆積する工程をさらに含む、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記底部金属性表面仕上げシートと前記発泡性樹脂組成物との間に堆積された接着剤層が、繊維マットより前にまたは繊維マットと同時に堆積される、請求項6に記載のプロセス。
- 前記発泡性樹脂組成物が20〜216mmの厚さに膨張し、前記フォームラミネートが25〜250mmの厚さを有する、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 0.2〜1.0mmの厚さを有する金属層を含む底部金属性表面仕上げシート2と、繊維マット10により少なくともその厚さの一部を通して強化されたポリマー性フォーム層21であって、このポリマー性フォーム層21が、底部金属性シート2に直接または間接的に接着されているフォーム層と、繊維強化されたポリマー性フォーム層21に接着された可撓性バリア材料5の層と、可撓性のバリア材料5に接着された接着剤層4と、接着剤層4によって可撓性バリア材料5の層に接着された0.2〜1.0mmの厚さを有する頂部金属性表面仕上げシート1と、を含む断熱パネル。
- 前記繊維マット10が20〜80g/m2の重量を有する、請求項9に記載の断熱パネル。
- 前記繊維マット10がガラス繊維のマットである、請求項9または10に記載の断熱パネル。
- 前記可撓性バリア材料が、非多孔性層の片側または両側に接着されたガラスまたは他のセラミック繊維の層を含む多層構造である、請求項9から11のいずれかに記載の断熱パネル。
- 前記可撓性バリア材料5の層が20〜100mmの厚さを有する、請求項9から12のいずれかに記載の断熱パネル。
- 底部金属性層2とポリマー性フォーム層21との間に接着剤6の層をさらに含む、請求項9から13のいずれかに記載の断熱パネル。
- ポリマー性フォーム層21が20〜240mmの厚さを有し、断熱パネルが25〜250mmの厚さを有する、請求項9から14のいずれかに記載の断熱パネル。
