Claims (17)
- ホルダ(2)と、
骨ねじ(1)を収容するクランプスリーブ(3)と、を有し、
骨ねじ(1)が、先側にねじ部(11)を備えるシャンク(10)、ヘッド(13)、および第2のねじ部(12)を備える拡径部(15)を備え、
ホルダ(2)が、貫通穴(20)と、クランプスリーブ(3)が旋回可能に取り付けられる受け座(23)とを備え、
クランプスリーブ(3)が、その外側表面(30)に放射方向に突出する突起(34)を備えるとともに、その内側(31)に第2のねじ部(12)と係合する少なくとも一山のクランプ用ねじ部(32)を備え、
非クランプ状態において、遊び(F)がクランプスリーブ(3)上のクリアランスによって形成され、
突起(34)が、受け座(23)上のくぼみ(24)にポジティブロック状態で係合し、
拡径部(15)が円錐状であって後側に向かって拡がり、その円錐角(β)が、遊び(F)を円錐角の半分のタンジェント(tan(β/2))で割り算した値が第2のねじ部(12)のねじピッチ(h)の0.5〜2.5倍に相当するように、選択されている、固定装置。 - 遊び(F)が、拡径部(15)とクランプスリーブ(3)の内側(31)との間のギャップによって形成されるアンダーサイズ(U)を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の固定装置。
- 遊び(F)が、クランプスリーブ(3)と受け座(23)との間のクリアランス(S)を含んでいる、請求項1または2に記載の固定装置。
- 拡径部(15)とヘッド部(13)とが一体化されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の固定装置。
- 骨ねじ(1)のシャンク(10)上におけるねじ部(11)のピッチと第2のねじ部(12)のピッチとが異なる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の固定装置。
- 第2のねじ部(12)のピッチの方が小さく、好ましくは0.4〜0.7倍小さい、請求項5に記載の固定装置。
- クランプスリーブ(3)の内側(31)が円筒状である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の固定装置。
- クランプスリーブの内側が円錐状であって、
拡径部の外側表面が円筒状である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の固定装置。 - クランプ用ねじ部(32)のピッチが、ねじ(1)のシャンク(10)上におけるねじ部(11)のピッチ(H)に対して、最大で3倍、好ましくは1.5倍である、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の固定装置。
- クランプスリーブ(3)と受け座(23)との間の境界面が球状であり、特に、クランプスリーブ(3)の外側表面(30)が球状である、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の固定装置。
- クランプスリーブ(3)が、1つのスロットを備える、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の固定装置。
- 突起(34)が、クランプスリーブ3の最も幅が大きい部分、特にその赤道(35)上に設けられている、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の固定装置。
- 突起(34)が、回転対称に構成されている、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の固定装置。
- 突起(34)が、ドーム状、好ましくは半球状の先端を備えるように構成されている、請求項13に記載の固定装置。
- 突起(34)が、柱状、好ましくは円筒状の構造を備える、請求項13または14に記載の固定装置。
- 受け座(23)内のくぼみ(24)が、スロット状であって、貫通穴(20)の中心軸方向に延在する、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の固定装置。
- 第2の突起(34’)が径方向の反対側に設けられ、
対応する第2のくぼみ(24’)が受け座(23)内に設けられる、請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載の固定装置。
