Description
Claims (12)
- 板材又は骨髄内ロッドである体内整形外科用固定装置と、
上記固定装置によって支持されて取り付けられるか又は上記固定装置内に含まれる、1又は複数の電磁場放射器と、
上記1又は複数の電磁場放射器に電力供給する電源と、
上記1又は複数の電磁場放射器によって放射される電磁場を制御するコントローラと、
を備え、
上記1又は複数の電磁場放射器は、上記固定装置の長手方向に沿って移動可能な1又は複数の電磁場放射器を含むか、又は上記固定装置の長手方向に沿って配置された一連の電磁場放射器を含み、上記コントローラは、上記固定装置の長手方向に沿って配置された一連の電磁場放射器の選択的な作動を可能にすることを特徴とする整形外科用装置。 - 上記電源が、上記固定装置及び上記1又は複数の電磁場放射器とともに人体内に埋め込み可能である電池であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の整形外科用装置。
- 上記電池を充電する誘導ループをさらに備え、上記誘導ループ及び電池は誘導ワンドによって充電されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の整形外科用装置。
- 上記電磁場放射器は、上記固定装置に対して相対的に往復運動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の整形外科用装置。
- 上記固定装置は中空の骨髄内ロッドを備え、上記1又は複数の電磁場放射器は上記中空の骨髄内ロッド内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の整形外科用装置。
- 上記固定装置が板材であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の整形外科用装置。
- 上記板材は、上記1又は複数の電磁場放射器を収容するよう構成された切り欠きを備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の整形外科用装置。
- 上記1又は複数の電磁場放射器の少なくともの1つは、上記板材に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の整形外科用装置。
- 上記固定装置は骨髄内ロッドであって、上記骨髄内ロッドを貫通して延びるガイドワイヤ穴を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の整形外科用装置。
- 上記1又は複数の電磁場放射器の少なくとも1つは電磁コイルを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れかに記載の整形外科用装置。
- 骨折箇所を安定させ治療を促進する装置であって、
少なくともの1つの穴を有する骨髄内整形外科用固定装置と、
上記骨髄内整形外科用固定装置に配置され又は取り付けられた1又は複数の電磁場放射器と、
上記1又は複数の電磁場放射器と連携して上記1又は複数の電磁場放射器によって放射される電磁場を制御するコントローラと、
上記コントローラ及び上記1又は複数の電磁場放射器に電力を供給する電源とを備え、
上記骨髄内整形外科用固定装置の上記少なくとも1つの穴は、上記骨髄内整形外科用固定装置を貫通して延びるガイドワイヤ穴を備え、
上記1又は複数の電磁場放射器は、上記整形外科用固定装置内を移動可能である1又は複数の電磁場放射器を含むか、又は上記整形外科用固定装置の長手方向に沿って配置された一連の電磁場放射器を含み、上記コントローラは、上記固定装置の長手方向に沿って配置された一連の電磁場放射器の選択的な作動を可能にすることを特徴とする装置。 - 上記1又は複数の電磁場放出器の少なくとも1つ及び上記コントローラは、上記骨髄内整形外科用固定装置の穴に配置されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。
