Claims (17)
- フレーム前部につるを回転可能に取り付けるように適合され、回転軸を有する、眼鏡フレームのためのヒンジと、導電体と、を備えるデバイスであって、
前記ヒンジは、第2の上部に回転可能に接続された第1の上部を有し前記回転軸を中心に回転可能である上部回転可能接続部と、第2の下部に回転可能に接続された第1の下部を有し前記回転軸を中心に回転可能である下部回転可能接続部と、前記回転軸上に前記上部回転可能接続部と前記下部回転可能接続部との間に配置された間隙と、を有し、
前記つるは、前記第2の上部と、前記第2の下部と、前記第2の上部と前記第2の下部とを接続する側面と、を有し、前記第2の上部及び前記第2の下部は、前記つるの長手方向に沿って延在するとともに互いに対向しており、前記第2の上部と前記第2の下部と前記側面とにより、前記つるの長手方向に沿って直線状に延在する溝が形成されており、前記間隙は、前記溝内に位置しており、
前記導電体は、前記溝に沿って直線状に配置され、直線状を維持したまま前記回転軸上の前記間隙を通って延出し、前記回転軸に対して垂直な平面上で前記間隙に入り、同一平面上で前記間隙から出る、デバイス。 - 前記第1の上部及び前記第2の上部が第1のねじによって回転可能に接続され、
前記第1の下部及び前記第2の下部が第2のねじによって回転可能に接続される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。 - 前記第2のねじが前記第1のねじに対して反対周りのねじ山を有する、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の下部がピンを備えると共に前記第2の下部が孔を備えて、前記ピンが前記孔に回転可能に嵌合するようになっている、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の上部がピンを備えると共に前記第2の上部が孔を備えて、前記ピンが前記孔に回転可能に嵌合するようになっている、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスが、
相互に前記ヒンジによって回転可能に接続されたつる及びフレーム前部であって、前記ヒンジが、1個の眼鏡をユーザが着用する際の前記フレーム前部及び前記つるの位置に相当する開位置と、1個の眼鏡が折り畳まれた際の前記フレーム前部及び前記つるの位置に相当する閉位置と、を有して、前記開位置、前記閉位置、及びそれらの間の全ての回転位置において、前記導電体が前記つるから前記フレーム前部まで前記ヒンジの回転軸を通って延出する経路が前記間隙内に存在するようになっている、つる及びフレーム前部、
を備える眼鏡フレームである、請求項1に記載のデバイス。 - 前記第1の上部及び前記第1の下部が、相互に及び前記フレーム前部に対して堅固に接続され、
前記第2の上部及び前記第2の下部が、相互に及び前記つるに対して堅固に接続されている、請求項6に記載のデバイス。 - 前記導電体が、前記ヒンジの前記回転軸に対する垂直方向の10度以内の向きで前記間隙を横切る、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 前記導電体がワイヤを含む、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 前記導電体が可撓ケーブルを含む、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 前記可撓ケーブルがサービスループを備える、請求項10に記載のデバイス。
- 前記フレーム前部によって支持され、第1の電気的コンポーネントを備えるレンズと、
前記つるによって支持された第2の電気的コンポーネントと、
を更に備える、請求項6に記載のデバイス。 - 前記導電体が前記第1の電気的コンポーネントと前記第2の電気的コンポーネントとの間に伝導経路を与えて、前記レンズの前記第1の電気的コンポーネントに電気信号を供給するようになっている、請求項12に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の電気的コンポーネントが、前記レンズの上縁部に沿って配置された電気的接点を備える、請求項12に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第2の電気的コンポーネントが、電源に結合された電子制御モジュールを備える、請求項12に記載のデバイス。
- 前記レンズが電子レンズである、請求項12に記載のデバイス。
- 前記サービスループが前記つる内に配置されている、請求項11に記載のデバイス。
