Claims (14)
- ハウジングの内部に保持される個別にアドレス可能な複数のブリスターを納めるためのハウジング、当該個別にアドレス可能な複数のブリスターの各々は特定された量の薬剤を収容し、前記ブリスターは第一のドーム形状の面及び第二の平らな面を有する;
前記ハウジングの内部に振動部材;
前記ブリスターと連絡する流路を規定するチャンバー;
貯蔵位置と投薬位置との間で選択されたブリスターを動かす機構;及び
前記第一のドーム形状の面の少なくとも一部を係合し包囲するため、また、前記振動部材に隣接する投薬位置にブリスターを締め付けるための、ブリスター締め付け部材、当該ブリスター締め付け部材は、前記ブリスターのドーム形状の面と周縁接触するようにされたボールジョイントを含み、それによって前記ブリスターに3回転自由度を与え、前記ブリスターと前記振動部材とが適切に係合されることが確実になる;
を含む、薬剤吸入器。 - 前記ブリスターの平らな面が、前記振動部材と接触して位置している、請求項1に記載の吸入器。
- 前記ブリスター締め付け部材が、ブリスターのドーム形状の面の、ドームの基部よりもドームの頂部近くを係合する、請求項1又は2に記載の吸入器。
- 次の構成の1又は複数を特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の吸入器。
(a)前記振動部材が圧電変換器である;
(b)前記薬剤がドライパウダー又は液体を含む;
(c)さらに前記ブリスターに対して前記振動部材を押し付けるスプリングを含む;
(d)さらに使用者の息を検知するためのフローセンサ、及び、前記振動部材をアクチベートするための電子回路を含む;
(e)さらにバッテリとプリント回路基板とを含む;
(f)さらに前記ハウジングの内部に収容された穿孔部材を含む;及び
(g)さらにバッテリ及びマイクロプロセッサを含み、当該マイクロプロセッサはフローセンサからのシグナルを受容し、振動部材のアクチベーションを制御する。 - 前記複数のブリスターがカセット上に配置され、当該カセットはハウジングの内部に回転可能に備えられている、請求項4に記載の吸入器。
- さらに回転可能に備えられたディスクを含み、当該ディスクは、前記複数の個別のブリスターの一つの、当該個別のブリスターが前記振動部材と穿孔部材との間に締め付けられる投薬位置への移動を調節する、請求項4又は5に記載の吸入器。
- さらに、前記回転ディスクが、前記投薬位置にある前記ブリスターを前記穿孔部材が穿孔する前記穿孔部材の動き、及び/又は、前記振動部材が前記投薬位置でブリスターと接触するようにする前記振動部材の動き、を調節する、請求項6に記載の吸入器。
- 前記ディスクの回転が、ハウジングから突出するレバーアームを用いることによって使用者によってコントロールされる、請求項6に記載の吸入器。
- 前記ハウジングに取り付けられ、前記流路と連絡するマウスピースを含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の吸入器。
- さらに前記ハウジングに枢動可能に接続された、前記マウスピースを覆うカバーを含み、さらに前記回転ディスクと前記カバーとを接続するリンク機構を含み、前記ディスクの枢動が前記カバーの開閉を行う、請求項9に記載の吸入器。
- さらに、一端がマウスピースに接続された流路を含み、当該流路は選択されたブリスターの前記第一の面がフィットする開口を有し、前記ブリスターは前記流路に対して定位置に保持され;また、
選択されたブリスターを動かすための前記機構がレバーアームを含み、当該レバーアームの動きが、選択されたブリスターを、使用者によって脱凝集され吸入されるように、前記振動部材と前記穿孔部材との間に引き込むようにする;
請求項9に記載の吸入器。 - 前記複数の個別のブリスターが円形平面に配置され、前記ブリスターの平面は前記カートリッジの平面に垂直であり、また、前記ディスクがさらに前記回転可能に備えられたカセットの動きを調整する、請求項6〜11のいずれか1項に記載の吸入器。
- 次の構成の1又は両方を特徴とする、請求項12に記載の吸入器。
(a)さらに、前記複数の個別のブリスターの一つの操作位置への動きと前記レバーアームの動きとを連係するディスクを含む;
(b)前記穿孔部材が流路の逆側に位置し、さらに、前記選択されたブリスターに対して前記振動部材を押し付けるスプリングを含む。 - 前記選択されたブリスターを動かす機構が、前記選択されたブリスターを放射状の方向に動かすようにされている、請求項11〜13のいずれか1項に記載の吸入器。
