Description
Claims (5)
- 冷媒ガスを膨張させて寒冷を発生させる膨張機と、
前記膨張機から戻ってくる冷媒ガスを圧縮する圧縮機と、
前記膨張機と前記圧縮機とに接続され、前記膨張機と前記圧縮機との間に冷媒ガスを流通させる配管と、
前記配管を流れる冷媒ガスの圧力の変動周期が所定の範囲にあるか否かを判定する判定器とを備えることを特徴とする極低温冷凍機。 - 前記配管は、
前記圧縮機から前記膨張機に向かって高圧の冷媒ガスが流れる高圧配管と、
前記膨張機から前記圧縮機に向かって低圧の冷媒ガスが流れる低圧配管とを含み、
前記判定器は、前記低圧配管を流れる冷媒ガスの圧力の変動周期が所定の範囲にあるか否かを判定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の極低温冷凍機。 - 前記判定器は、所定回数分の冷媒ガスの圧力の変動周期の平均値が、前記所定の範囲にあるか否かを判定することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の極低温冷凍機。
- 前記判定器が、冷媒ガスの圧力の変動周期が前記所定の範囲を外れたと判定した場合、その旨を通知する通知部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の極低温冷凍機。
- 冷媒ガスを膨張させて寒冷を発生させる膨張機と、前記膨張機から戻ってくる冷媒ガスを圧縮する圧縮機と、前記膨張機と前記圧縮機との間で冷媒ガスを流通させる配管を備える極低温冷凍機において、
前記配管を流れる冷媒ガスの圧力を取得するステップと、
取得した圧力の変動周期を取得するステップと、
取得した変動周期と所定の閾値の範囲とを比較するステップと、
取得した周期が所定の閾値の範囲を外れた場合、前記圧縮機を停止させるステップとを有することを特徴とする極低温冷凍機の制御方法。
