Description
Claims (3)
- 蛍光色素を励起させて蛍光を発生させるために照射された励起光と、前記蛍光とは異なる波長帯域の可視光の反射光を得るために照射された参照光と、に応じて発生した戻り光に含まれる、前記蛍光と、前記参照光の反射光である第1の波長帯域の光と、前記第1の波長帯域の光とは異なる第2の波長帯域の光と、を分離して撮像するように構成された撮像部と、
前記蛍光を撮像して得られた第1の画像信号と、前記第1の波長帯域の光を撮像して得られた第2の画像信号と、前記第2の波長帯域の光を撮像して得られた第3の画像信号と、を用いて観察画像を生成して表示装置へ出力するように構成された観察画像生成部と、
前記第1の画像信号を前記表示装置の緑色成分に相当する第1のチャンネルに割り当てさせるとともに、前記第2の画像信号及び前記第3の画像信号のうち、相対的に大きな信号値を有する一方の画像信号を前記表示装置の赤色成分に相当する第2のチャンネルに割り当てさせ、かつ、相対的に小さな信号値を有する他方の画像信号を前記表示装置の青色成分に相当する第3のチャンネル及び前記第1のチャンネルに割り当てさせることにより前記観察画像を生成させるための制御を前記観察画像生成部に対して行うように構成された制御部と、
を有することを特徴とする内視鏡システム。 - 前記戻り光に含まれる前記蛍光及び前記第1の波長帯域の光を透過させつつ、前記戻り光に含まれる前記励起光の反射光を遮断するような光学特性を具備して形成された光学フィルタをさらに有し、
前記撮像部は、
前記光学フィルタを経て出射される光を、前記蛍光と、前記第1の波長帯域の光と、前記第2の波長帯域の光と、に分離して出射するように構成されたダイクロイックプリズムと、
前記ダイクロイックプリズムを経て出射される光である、前記蛍光と、前記第1の波長帯域の光と、前記第2の波長帯域の光と、をそれぞれ撮像するための3つの撮像素子と、
を有して構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡システム。 - 前記制御部は、前記蛍光が近赤外光であり、前記第1の波長帯域の光が緑色光であり、かつ、前記第2の波長帯域の光が青色光である場合において、前記第1の画像信号を前記第1のチャンネルに割り当てさせ、前記第2の画像信号を前記第2のチャンネルに割り当てさせ、前記第3の画像信号を前記第3のチャンネル及び前記第1のチャンネルに割り当てさせることにより前記観察画像を生成させるための制御を前記観察画像生成部に対して行う
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡システム。
