Abstract
【解決手段】金属板を湾曲させて突き当てた端部を溶接して溶接管を製造する溶接管製造装置であって、金属板を湾曲させる湾曲手段と、湾曲した金属板の内面に指向性光を照射する発光手段と、発光手段によって照射され、金属板によって反射された反射光を撮像する撮像手段と、反射光の形状に応じて、湾曲手段の調整を支援する調整支援手段と、を備え、反射光の形状を観察しつつ溶接管を製造する。

Description
金属板を湾曲させて突き当てた端部を溶接して溶接管を製造する溶接管製造装置であって、
前記金属板の端部を連続的に拘束する一対の金型列と、前記金属板の中央部を当接支持するローラー群とを含み、前記金属板を湾曲させる湾曲手段と、
湾曲した前記金属板の内面に指向性光を照射する発光手段と、
前記発光手段によって照射され、前記金属板によって反射された反射光を撮像する撮像手段と、
前記反射光の形状に応じて、前記金型列及び前記ローラー群の少なくともいずれか一方の位置調整を支援する調整支援手段と、
を備えた溶接管製造装置である。
金属板を湾曲させて突き当てた端部を溶接して溶接管を製造する溶接管製造方法であって、
前記金属板の端部を一対の金型列で連続的に拘束し、前記金属板の中央部をローラー群で当接支持して前記金属板を湾曲させる湾曲ステップと、
発光手段を用いて湾曲した前記金属板の内面に指向性光を照射する発光ステップと、
前記発光手段によって照射され、前記金属板によって反射された反射光を撮像する撮像ステップと、
前記反射光の形状に応じて、前記金型列の位置調整、前記ローラー群の調整のいずれかあるいは両方の調整を支援する調整支援ステップと、
を備えた溶接管製造方法である。
本発明の第1実施形態としての溶接管製造装置100について、図1を用いて説明する。溶接管製造装置100は、金属板110を湾曲させて突き当てた端部111、112を溶接して溶接管を製造する装置である。
次に本発明の第2実施形態に係る溶接管製造装置200について、図2以降を用いて説明する。
次に本発明の第3実施形態に係る溶接管製造装置について、図17を用いて説明する。
以上、実施形態を参照して本願発明を説明したが、本願発明は上記実施形態に限定されるものではない。本願発明の構成や詳細には、本願発明の範疇で当業者が理解し得る様々な変更をすることができる。また、それぞれの実施形態に含まれる別々の特徴を如何様に組み合わせたシステムまたは装置も、本発明の範疇に含まれる。
Claims (6)
- 金属板を湾曲させて突き当てた端部を溶接して溶接管を製造する溶接管製造装置であって、
前記金属板の端部を連続的に拘束する一対の金型列と、前記金属板の中央部を当接支持するローラー群とを含み、前記金属板を湾曲させる湾曲手段と、
湾曲した前記金属板の内面に指向性光を照射する発光手段と、
前記発光手段によって照射され、前記金属板によって反射された反射光を撮像する撮像手段と、
前記反射光の形状に応じて、前記金型列及び前記ローラー群の少なくともいずれか一方の位置調整を支援する調整支援手段と、
を備えた溶接管製造装置。 - 前記調整支援手段は、前記反射光の形状を表示する表示手段を含む請求項1に記載の溶接管製造装置。
- 前記表示手段は、前記反射光の形状と共に、前記金属板の内面の設計上の形状を表示する請求項2に記載の溶接管製造装置。
- 前記湾曲手段は、前記金属板を下方から支持するサポートロールを含み、
前記調整支援手段は、前記サポートロールの上下方向の位置調整を支援する請求項1、2または3に記載の溶接管製造装置。 - 前記発光手段を用いて前記サポートロールの表面に前記指向性光を照射し、
前記撮像手段は、前記発光手段によって照射され、前記サポートロールの表面によって反射された反射光を撮像し、
前記調整支援手段は、前記金属板によって反射された反射光の形状と、前記サポートロールの表面によって反射された反射光の形状とによって前記湾曲手段の調整を支援する請求項4に記載の溶接管製造装置。 - 金属板を湾曲させて突き当てた端部を溶接して溶接管を製造する溶接管製造方法であって、
前記金属板の端部を一対の金型列で連続的に拘束し、前記金属板の中央部をローラー群で当接支持して前記金属板を湾曲させる湾曲ステップと、
発光手段を用いて湾曲した前記金属板の内面に指向性光を照射する発光ステップと、
前記発光手段によって照射され、前記金属板によって反射された反射光を撮像する撮像ステップと、
前記反射光の形状に応じて、前記金型列の位置調整、前記ローラー群の調整のいずれかあるいは両方の調整を支援する調整支援ステップと、
を備えた溶接管製造方法。
