Claims (17)
- 少なくとも三つの部品を自動的に溶着するためのプラスチック溶着装置(1;100)であって、
a.第一部品を載置可能な少なくとも一つの第一の固定具(12;112)と、
b.少なくとも一つの第二の固定具(22;122)とを備え、第一部品を第二部品(102)と溶着するために、第一固定具(12;112)と第二固定具(22;122)とは相対的に可動であり、前記溶着装置はさらに、
c.少なくとも一つの移動装置(14;114)を備え、該移動装置(14;114)は、前記固定具(12、22;112、122)の少なくとも一方に対して可動であり、少なくとも一つの第二部品(102)及び/又は少なくとも一つの第三部品(106)を、前記固定具(12、22:112、122)の少なくとも一方に自動的に供給することができ、それにより第一固定具(12;112)と第二固定具(22;122)とを介して、又は第一固定具(12;112)若しくは第二固定具(22;122)と第三固定具(24;124)との組み合わせを介して、第一及び第二部品からなる複合体(104)と少なくとも一つの第三部品(106)とを溶接可能であり、

- 少なくとも三つの部品のためのプラスチック自動溶着方法であって、
a.第一部品を第一固定具(12;112)に、第二部品(102)を第一固定具若しくは第二固定具(22;122)に、且つ第三部品(106)をプラスチック溶着装置(1;100)の保管位置に、それぞれ配置する工程(a)と、
b.第一固定具(12;112)と第二固定具(22;122)とを、間に第一及び第二部品(102)を間に配置した状態で、開始位置から第一溶着位置へと相対的に移動させる工程(b)と、
c.第一部品と第二部品(102)とを溶着する工程(c)と、
d.第一固定具(12;112)と第二固定具(22;122)とを、溶着された第一及び第二部品からなる複合体(104)を間に配置した状態で、第一溶着位置から第一中間位置へと相対的に移動させる工程(d)と、
e.第三部品(106)を、保管位置から固定具の一つへと移動装置(14;114)によって自動的に移動させる工程(e)と、
f.第一固定具(12;112)と第二固定具(22;122)、又は第一固定具(12;112)若しくは第二固定具(22;122)と第三固定具(24;124)との組み合わせを、移動位置から第二溶着位置へと相対的に移動させる工程(f)と、
g.溶着した第一及び第二部品からなる複合体(104)と第三部品(106)とを、第一固定具(12;112)と第二固定具(22;122)とを介して、又は第一固定具(12;112)若しくは第二固定具(22;122)と第三固定具(24;124)との組合わせを介して、溶着する工程(g)と、
h.第一固定具(12;112)と第二固定具(22;122)、又は第一固定具(12;112)若しくは第二固定具(22;122)と第三固定具(24;124)との組合わせを、第二溶着位置から移動させる工程(h)と
を含み、
前記プラスチック溶着装置(100)がさらに、少なくとも一つの予熱器(134)を有する予熱機構(130)を備え、
前記溶着方法がさらに、
i.少なくとも一つの予熱器(134)を前記固定具の一つと整列させるように、前記予熱機構(130)を待機位置から予熱位置へと移動させる工程(j)と、
j.前記固定具内の部品の表面を、溶着領域において少なくとも部分的に加熱する工程(k)と
