Claims (34)
- ワイヤレスで電力を送信するように構成されている装置であって、前記装置は、
第1ワイヤレスチャネルを介してワイヤレスフィールドを生成するための送信アンテナと、
前記送信アンテナに結合されている増幅器と、
前記増幅器に結合されている負荷感知回路であって、前記増幅器による電力消費量の変化を表す信号を生成するように構成された負荷感知回路と、
前記信号が、受信器が前記ワイヤレスフィールド内にあることを示す電力消費量の変化を表している場合に、前記受信器に関する情報を受信するように構成されている通信インターフェースと、
前記信号を前記負荷感知回路から受信し、前記受信器に関する前記受信した情報に基づいて、前記受信器の識別情報に関する情報をユーザ知覚可能な通知器と通信するように構成されているコントローラと、
を具備し、
前記コントローラは、前記ワイヤレスフィールド内にあることが予想される受信器が前記ワイヤレスフィールド内にあることを確認するようにさらに構成され、前記コントローラは、前記ワイヤレスフィールド内の予想される受信器の存在を、又は前記予想される受信器が前記予想される受信器に対する予想される期間の間前記ワイヤレスフィールド内に存在しない場合には前記ワイヤレスフィールド内の予想される受信器の不存在を、前記ユーザ知覚可能な通知器と通信するようにさらに構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記コントローラは、前記増幅器と、前記負荷感知回路とに結合されており、
前記コントローラは、前記信号に部分的に基づいて、前記ワイヤレスフィールド内の第2受信器の存在又は、前記受信器に関する前記情報のうちの少なくとも1つを判断するようにさらに構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記コントローラは、前記ワイヤレスフィールド内の第2受信器に関する追加情報を監視及び処理し、前記第2受信器に関して処理された前記追加情報に基づいて、前記第2受信器の識別情報に関する追加情報を生成するようにさらに構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記受信器に関する前記受信した情報は、デバイスタイプと一意のデバイス識別子のうちの少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ユーザ知覚可能な通知器は、光源、ディスプレイ、及び聴覚信号機のうちの少なくとも1つを具備し、前記光源、ディスプレイ、及び聴覚信号機のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記コントローラに結合されており、前記コントローラにより通信された前記受信器の前記識別情報に関する前記情報を通信するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラに結合されたメモリをさらに具備し、
前記メモリは、前記受信器に関する前記情報又は前記受信器の前記識別情報に関する前記情報のうちの少なくとも1つを格納するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記コントローラに結合されているワイヤレスコミュニケータをさらに具備し、前記第1ワイヤレスチャネルとは異なる第2ワイヤレスチャネルを介して前記受信器と通信するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 電力送信器を具備した電力送信システムであって、
第1ワイヤレスチャネルを介して、ワイヤレスフィールドを送信するように構成されている送信アンテナと、
前記送信アンテナに結合された増幅器と、
前記増幅器に結合された負荷感知回路であって、前記増幅器による電力消費量の変化を表す信号を生成するように構成されている負荷感知回路と、
前記信号が、電力受信器が前記ワイヤレスフィールド内にあることを示す電力消費量の変化を表している場合に、前記電力受信器に関する情報を受信するように構成されている第1通信インターフェースと、
前記負荷感知回路から前記信号を受信するとともに、前記電力受信器に関する前記受信した情報に基づいて、前記電力受信器の識別情報に関する情報をユーザ知覚可能な通知器に通信するように構成されているコントローラと、
を具備、
前記コントローラは、前記ワイヤレスフィールド内にあることが予想される電力受信器が前記ワイヤレスフィールド内にあることを確認するようにさらに構成され、前記コントローラは、前記ワイヤレスフィールド内の予想される電力受信器の存在を、又は前記予想される電力受信器が前記予想される電力受信器に対する予想される期間の間前記ワイヤレスフィールド内に存在しない場合には前記ワイヤレスフィールド内の予想される電力受信器の不存在を、前記ユーザ知覚可能な通知器と通信するようにさらに構成されている電力送信システム。 - 前記電力送信器に結合されている指定領域検出器をさらに具備し、
前記指定領域検出器は、前記電力送信器が指定領域から離れたことを検出するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電力送信システム。 - 前記電力送信器は、前記ユーザ知覚可能な通知器をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電力送信システム。
- 前記電力送信器に結合された指定領域検出器であって、前記電力送信器が指定領域から離れたことを検出するように構成されている指定領域検出器をさらに具備し、
前記コントローラは、
前記電力送信器が前記指定領域を離れた場合に、前記指定領域検出器から信号を受信し、
電力送信器が前記指定領域を離れた場合に、前記ワイヤレスフィールド内にあることが予測される電力受信器が、見つからないかどうかを、前記通知器を介して示す
ように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の電力送信システム。 - 前記電力受信器の前記識別情報に関する前記情報を、前記電力受信器の前記識別情報に関する前記情報を提示するように構成されているリモートデバイスに送信するように構成された第2通信インターフェースをさらに具備し、
前記リモートデバイスは、ディスプレイ、聴覚信号機、コンピュータディスプレイ、及び、ウェブサイト上に前記電力受信器の前記識別情報に関する前記情報を表示するように構成されている、のうちの少なくとも1つを具備することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電力送信システム。 - 前記コントローラに結合されるとともに、前記第1ワイヤレスチャネルとは異なる第2ワイヤレスチャネルを介して前記電力受信器と通信するように構成されているワイヤレスコミュニケータをさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電力送信システム。
- 方法であって、
ホストデバイスの送信アンテナの共振周波数において第1ワイヤレスチャネルを介してワイヤレスフィールドを生成するステップであって、前記送信アンテナは、電力増幅器により駆動される、ステップと、
前記電力増幅器に電力を供給するように構成されている負荷感知回路を使用して、前記ワイヤレスフィールド内のデバイスの存在を検出するステップと、
前記電力増幅器による電力消費量の変化を表す信号を生成するステップと、
前記第1ワイヤレスチャネルを介して、前記デバイスから一意の識別子情報を受信するステップと、
前記一意の識別子情報に応答して、ユーザ知覚可能な通知器上の前記デバイスの識別情報に関する情報を示すステップと、
前記ワイヤレスフィールド内にあることが予想されるデバイスが前記ワイヤレスフィールド内にあることを確認するステップと、
前記ワイヤレスフィールド内の予想されるデバイスが存在することを、前記ユーザ知覚可能な通知器を介して通知するステップと、
前記予想されるデバイスが、前記予想されるデバイスのための識別された予想される期間の間、前記ワイヤレスフィールド内に存在しないならば、前記予想されるデバイスの不存在を、前記ユーザ知覚可能な通知器を介して通知するステップと、
を具備することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ホストデバイスのメモリ上に前記一意の識別子情報を格納するステップをさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記ワイヤレスフィールド内で第2デバイスの存在を検出するステップと、
前記第2デバイスから、追加の一意の識別子情報を受信するステップと、
をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。 - 前記ホストデバイスのメモリ上に、前記一意の識別子情報と、前記追加の一意の識別子情報を格納するステップをさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記ワイヤレスフィールド内にあることが予想されるデバイスが前記ワイヤレスフィールド内にあることを確認する前記ステップは、前記ワイヤレスフィールド内にあることが予想される前記デバイスのための前記予想される期間を識別するステップを具備することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記ホストデバイスが指定領域を離れており、前記ホストデバイスが前記予想されるデバイスを含まないことを、前記ユーザ知覚可能な通知器を介して通知するステップをさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記ユーザ知覚可能な通知器は、前記送信アンテナから物理的に分離されており、
前記方法は、
前記デバイスの前記識別情報に関する前記情報を前記ユーザ知覚可能な通知器へ送信するステップであって、前記ユーザ知覚可能な通知器は、前記デバイスの前記識別情報に関する前記情報を示すように構成されているであるステップをさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。 - 前記ホストデバイスが指定領域を離れていることを、前記ユーザ知覚可能な通知器を介して示すステップをさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記ユーザ知覚可能な通知器は、前記送信アンテナから物理的に分離されており、
前記方法は、前記ホストデバイスが指定領域を離れる場合に、前記ユーザ知覚可能な通知器に信号を送信するステップをさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。 - 前記第1ワイヤレスチャネルとは異なる第2ワイヤレスチャネルを介して前記デバイスと通信するステップと、前記第2ワイヤレスチャネルを介して、電力メッセージの要求を前記デバイスから受信するステップをさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- ワイヤレスフィールドを介してワイヤレスで電力を送信するように構成されている装置であって、前記装置は、
第1ワイヤレスチャネルを介して前記ワイヤレスフィールドを生成する手段であって、送信アンテナと、前記送信アンテナに結合されている増幅器と、を具備する生成手段と、
前記ワイヤレスフィールド内のデバイスの存在を検出する手段であって、前記増幅器に結合され、前記増幅器による電力消費量の変化を検出し、電力消費量の前記変化を示す信号を生成するように構成された負荷感知回路を具備する検出手段と、
前記第1ワイヤレスチャネルを介して前記デバイスから一意の識別子情報を受信し、前記一意の識別子情報に応答して、ユーザに前記デバイスの識別情報に関する情報を通信する手段と、
前記ワイヤレスフィールド内にあることが予想されるデバイスが前記ワイヤレスフィールド内にあることを確認する手段と、
前記ワイヤレスフィールド内の前記予想されるデバイスの存在を通知する又は前記予想されるデバイスが、前記予想されるデバイスのための予想される期間の間、前記ワイヤレスフィールド内に存在しないならば、前記ワイヤレスフィールド内の予想されるデバイスの不存在を通知する手段と、
を具備することを特徴とする装置。 - 前記一意の識別子情報を受信し、前記デバイスの前記識別情報に関する前記情報を通信する前記手段は、通信インターフェースを備えていることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の装置。
- 前記装置のメモリ上に前記一意の識別子情報を格納するための手段をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項24に記載の装置。
- 前記検出手段は、前記ワイヤレスフィールド内の追加デバイスの存在を検出するように構成されており、
一意の識別子情報を受信し前記デバイスの前記識別情報に関する前記情報を通信する前記手段は、追加デバイスから追加の一意の識別子情報を受信するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の装置。 - 前記一意の識別子情報と前記追加の一意の識別子情報を、前記装置のメモリ上に格納する手段をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項27に記載の装置。
- 前記ワイヤレスフィールド内にあることが前記予想されるデバイスが前記ワイヤレスフィールド内にあることを確認する前記手段は、前記ワイヤレスフィールド内にあることが予想される前記デバイスのための予想される期間を識別する手段を具備することを特徴とする請求項24に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が指定領域を離れ、前記装置が前記予想されるデバイスを含んでいないことをユーザに示すための手段をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項24に記載の装置。
- 前記ワイヤレスフィールドを生成するための手段は、前記検出手段が前記ワイヤレスフィールド内の前記デバイスの存在を検出する場合に、前記ワイヤレスフィールドを生成するように構成され、前記検出手段が、前記ワイヤレスフィールド内の前記デバイスの不存在を検出する場合に、前記ワイヤレスフィールドの生成を停止するようにさらに構成されていることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が指定領域を離れたことを示すための手段をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項24に記載の装置。
- 前記第1ワイヤレスチャネルとは異なる第2ワイヤレスチャネルを介して前記デバイスと通信する手段と、
前記第2ワイヤレスチャネルを介して前記デバイスからの電力メッセージの要求を受信する手段であって、前記検出手段を具備する電力メッセージの要求を受信する手段と、
をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項24に記載の装置。 - 装置のプロセッサにより実行可能な命令を備えたコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体であって、前記命令が実行されると、
送信アンテナの共振周波数において第1ワイヤレスチャネルを介してワイヤレスフィールドを生成し、前記送信アンテナは、電力増幅器により駆動され、
前記電力増幅器に電力を供給するように構成されている負荷感知回路を使用して、前記ワイヤレスフィールド内のデバイスの存在を検出し、
前記電力増幅器による電力消費量の変化を示す信号を生成し、
前記第1ワイヤレスチャネルを介して、前記デバイスから一意の識別子情報を受信し、
前記一意の識別子情報に応答して、前記デバイスの識別情報に関する情報をユーザ知覚可能な通知器上に示し、
前記ワイヤレスフィールド内にあることが予想されるデバイスが前記ワイヤレスフィールド内にあることを確認し、
前記ワイヤレスフィールド内の予想されるデバイスが存在することを、前記ユーザ知覚可能な通知器を介して通知し、
前記予想されるデバイスが、前記予想されるデバイスのための前記予想される期間の間、前記ワイヤレスフィールド内に存在しないならば、前記予想されるデバイスの不存在を、前記ユーザ知覚可能な通知器を介して通知する、
ことを特徴とするコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体。
