Claims (11)
- セル領域及び前記セル領域の周りを取り囲む外郭領域を含む基板と、
前記セル領域に配置されるセルと、
前記セルに連結され、前記外郭領域に配置される連結電極と、を含み、
前記セルは、
前記基板上に配置される後面電極と、
前記後面電極上に配置される光吸収部と、
前記光吸収部上に配置される前面電極と、を含み、
前記外郭領域の連結電極は、前記後面電極のセル領域から延長され、前記後面電極と一体に形成され、
前記連結電極は、前記基板に形成された貫通ホールの内側にモリブデンが蒸着されて形成される太陽光発電装置。 - 前記連結電極に接続されて、前記基板の下面に延長されるバスバーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽光発電装置。
- 前記連結電極は前記貫通ホールを向けて延長されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の太陽光発電装置。
- 前記バスバーは前記基板の下面及び前記貫通ホール内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の太陽光発電装置。
- 前記基板の下に配置されるジャンクションボックスを含み、
前記バスバーは前記ジャンクションボックス内に延長されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の太陽光発電装置。 - 基板と、
前記基板上に配置される複数個の後面電極層と、
前記後面電極層上に配置される光吸収層と、
前記光吸収層上に配置される前面電極層と、を含み、
前記後面電極層は、
互いに離隔される複数個の後面電極と、
セル領域の後面電極のうちの一つと一体で形成され、前記セル領域から外郭領域に延長される連結電極と、を含み、
前記連結電極は、前記基板に形成された貫通ホールの内側にモリブデンが蒸着されて形成される太陽光発電装置。 - 前記基板の下に配置されるバスバーを含んで、前記バスバーは前記連結電極に連結されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の太陽光発電装置。
- 前記連結電極は延長される形状を有し、
前記バスバーは前記連結電極の末端に連結されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の太陽光発電装置。 - 前記基板は、
中央部分のセル領域と、
前記セル領域の周りを取り囲む外郭領域と、を含み、
前記後面電極は前記セル領域に配置され、
前記連結電極は前記外郭領域に配置されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の太陽光発電装置。 - 前記後面電極は一方向に延長される形状を有し、互いに並んで配置され、
前記連結電極は前記後面電極のうちの一つの末端から延長されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の太陽光発電装置。 - 前記後面電極及び前記連結電極はモリブデンを含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の太陽光発電装置。
