Claims (1)
- 固定子と永久磁石が取り付けられた回転子とを有するものであってガルバノミラーを位置決めするためのガルバノスキャナを制御するためのガルバノスキャナ制御装置において、
前記固定子と回転子それぞれの発熱量を用いて、位置決めを開始する前(現時刻)と位置決め終了時の前記永久磁石の温度を推定する温度推定手段と、
当該温度推定手段により推定した現時刻と位置決め終了時の永久磁石温度の差に基づいてガルバノスキャナの操作量を補償する操作量補償手段
を備えることを特徴とするガルバノスキャナ制御装置。
