Description
試料を充填するための試料容器と、
試料容器と流路を介して連接されかつ試料を順次移送充填して混合せしめる反応容器とを有し、
試料容器と反応容器との間で流路を介して試料の移送を繰り返し行うことにより、試料を攪拌し混合させる。

Claims (3)
- 試料を充填する試料容器と、
前記試料に含まれる微細な成分を吸着する吸着部材を備える反応容器と、
前記試料容器の下部と前記反応容器の下部とを連接する流路を備え、
前記反応容器から前記流路への前記試料の移送方向に対して垂直方向における前記反応容器の断面積は、前記反応容器から前記流路への前記試料の移送方向に対して垂直方向における前記流路の断面積よりも大きく構成されたマイクロチップの試料処理装置であって、
前記試料容器から前記反応容器に移送された前記試料は、試料移送前から前記反応容器内にある前記吸着部材と前記反応容器で混ざり、
圧力媒体の作用により、前記試料が少なくとも前記流路を介して、前記試料容器と前記反応容器との間を繰り返し移送されることにより、試料を攪拌して吸着部材と混合させることを特徴とするマイクロチップの試料処理装置。 - 前記反応容器内の前記試料に圧力を与えることにより、前記試料に含まれる微細な成分を吸着した前記吸着部材を前記反応容器に残しながら前記試料を廃棄することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロチップの試料処理装置。
- 抽出容器と、
前記反応容器と前記抽出容器を連接する第2の流路と、をさらに備え、
第2の試料を前記反応容器に移送することにより、吸着部材に吸着した微細な成分を第2の試料内に溶解させ、
前記反応容器から前記第2の流路への前記試料の移送方向に対して垂直方向における前記反応容器の断面積は、前記反応容器から前記第2の流路への前記試料の移送方向に対して垂直方向における第2の流路の断面積よりも大きく、
圧力媒体の作用により、前記第2の試料が少なくとも前記第2の流路と前記反応容器との間を繰り返し移送されることにより、微細な成分を第2の試料内に溶解させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のマイクロチップの試料処理装置。
