Claims (9)
- 超臨界流体クロマトグラフィーシステムであって、
圧縮性流体を含む第1のフローストリームを圧送するための第1のポンプ、
調節剤流体を含む第2のフローストリームを圧送するための第2のポンプであって、前記第1のポンプと並列になっている第2のポンプ、
複合フローストリーム中に位置するカラムであって、前記カラムが前記第1および第2のポンプの下流に位置して、前記複合フローストリームが前記第1のフローストリーム、前記第2のフローストリームおよび試料を含む、カラム、
前記カラムの下流に位置する検出器、
前記検出器の下流に位置する気液分離器であって、試料損失と交差汚染を回避するために、前記試料の大部分を保持しながら、前記圧縮性流体の大部分を排出し、残存フローとするように構成されている、気液分離器、
前記気液分離器の下流に位置するコレクタアーム、
前記コレクタアームに連結されたコレクタアームアダプタであって、前記残存フローが常圧条件にある場合に、エアロゾルを減少させるように構成されている、コレクタアームアダプタ、ならびに
前記気液分離器の後に位置する開放型XY型コレクタ、
を備える、超臨界流体クロマトグラフィーシステム。 - 請求項1に記載の超臨界流体クロマトグラフィーシステムであって、前記開放型XY型コレクタに連結された、調節可能なコンテナラックをさらに備える、超臨界流体クロマトグラフィーシステム。
- 請求項1に記載の超臨界流体クロマトグラフィーシステムであって、前記気液分離器がステンレス鋼、ポリマーまたはガラスから作製されている、超臨界流体クロマトグラフィーシステム。
- 請求項1に記載の超臨界流体クロマトグラフィーシステムであって、前記気液分離器の上流に背圧調整器をさらに備える、超臨界流体クロマトグラフィーシステム。
- 請求項1に記載の超臨界流体クロマトグラフィーシステムであって、前記圧縮性流体が二酸化炭素(CO2)である、超臨界流体クロマトグラフィーシステム。
- 超臨界流体クロマトグラフィー(SFC)で複数の試料を回収する方法であって、
圧縮性流体を含む第1のフローストリームを圧送するステップ、
非圧縮性流体を含む第2のフローストリームを圧送するステップ、
試料を前記第2のフローストリームに注入するステップ、
前記第1および第2のフローストリームを合せて複合フローストリームを形成するステップ、
前記フローストリームにSFC条件を受けさせるステップ、
前記複合フローストリームをクロマトグラフィーカラムに流すステップ、
気液分離器を使用して、前記圧縮性流体の少なくとも一部を前記複合フローストリームから除去することにより残存フローを形成するステップ、
および
コレクタアームおよび前記コレクタアームに連結されたコレクタアームアダプタであって、前記残存フローが常圧条件にある場合に、エアロゾルを減少させるように構成されている、コレクタアームアダプタを使用して、前記残存フローを、開放型XY型コレクタに送達するステップ
を含む、方法。 - 請求項6に記載の方法であって、前記圧縮性流体がCO2である、方法。
- 請求項6に記載の方法であって、前記試料のエアロゾル化が前記開放型XYコレクタへの前記試料の回収中に防止される、方法。
- 請求項6に記載の方法であって、前記圧縮性流体の少なくとも一部を前記複合フローストリームから除去するステップが、前記圧縮性流体の少なくとも99%を除去することを含む、方法。
