Description

The present invention relates to a tape attaching device for joining seams between heat insulating materials of a single-sided metal plate heat insulating panel formed by attaching a metal plate to one side of a plurality of panel-like heat insulating materials arranged.

For example, on the side walls of buildings such as refrigerated warehouses and frozen warehouses that store food in a low-temperature environment, urethane is foamed on the surface of the body constructed of cast concrete, and a metal plate is placed on the foamed urethane surface. Although there was a built-in structure such as pasting, there was a problem that the construction time became longer due to the reaction heat of urethane and the like. Therefore, a prefabricated side wall structure in which a pre-formed heat insulation panel is applied to the wall surface is widely used (see Patent Documents 1 and 2, etc.).

As the prefabricated side wall structure, for example, a method of attaching a heat insulating panel over a plurality of layers to the surface of a concrete wall made of concrete and attaching a metal plate to the outermost surface of the heat insulating material has been attempted. However, in this construction method, since it takes time to apply the metal plate after applying the outermost heat insulation panel, there is a complaint that the entire construction time is long, and an improvement measure has been demanded. Then, the construction method which sticks the single-sided metal plate heat insulation panel which stuck the metal plate on the single side | surface of the heat insulating material at the end was proposed. It has also been attempted to construct such a single-sided metal plate heat insulating panel so as to be capable of walking under a waterproof sheet on the roof of a building such as a school or an apartment.

As a method of manufacturing this single-sided metal plate heat insulating panel, a plurality of panel-like heat insulating materials are sequentially put into a conveyance path and arranged while continuously conveying the heat insulating material, and one surface of the plurality of heat insulating materials is covered with a metal plate. Are joined and cut to a predetermined length. However, in this method, when the obtained panel is handled or transported, the plurality of heat insulating materials on the other surface side peel off the joints at the joint ends, and a load is applied to the heat insulating material, causing breakage or breakage. Such a problem was likely to occur.

This invention is made | formed in view of the said situation, The main objective is to eliminate the joint of the some heat insulating material which comprises a single-sided metal plate heat insulation panel, and to eliminate the difficulty of handling of a panel. It is in providing the tape sticking apparatus which can be performed.

The tape applicator of the present invention sequentially puts a plurality of panel-like heat insulating materials into a conveying path and arranges the heat insulating materials while continuously conveying them, and a metal plate is placed on one surface of the heat insulating materials arranged continuously. In manufacturing a single-sided metal plate heat insulating panel by bonding the two, the tape that sticks the adhesive tape to the joint ends on the other surface side of the heat insulating material arranged continuously, covering the seam of the joint ends A bonding device having a flat bonding surface that always faces the other surface on the other surface side of the heat insulating material conveyed through the conveying path, and the joining end portion only by linear movement Between the advancing position where it can abut and a standby position away from the joint end, and the affixing surface covers the seam when advancing, and the joint ends on both sides of the seam. Affixing member capable of contacting both at the same time and the affixing A tape setting means for setting an adhesive tape on the affixing surface when the material is located at the standby position, and an adsorbing for adsorbing and holding the adhesive tape set on the affixing surface to the affixing surface Means and advancing and retreating the affixing member with respect to the joining end, and advancing the affixing member with the adhesive tape set on the affixing surface with respect to the joining end, Drive means for covering the seam and affixing both the joint ends on both sides of the seam at the same time, and the tape setting means rotatably supports the adhesive tape roll accumulated in a roll shape. From the tape roll support means and the adhesive tape roll supported by the tape roll support means, the adhesive tape is placed on the affixing surface of the affixing member located at the standby position. A pressure-sensitive adhesive tape pull-out means that is drawn out and extended; and a cutting means that cuts the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape drawn out by the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape pull-out means from the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape roll. A clamp disposed between the other surface and the affixing member so as to be reciprocally movable along the affixing member and movable in the front-rear direction along the conveying path; The adhesive tape is gripped from the adhesive tape roll in a state where the adhesive tape is moved to one side in the front-rear direction, and then extended along the adhesive member by moving along the adhesive member. And when it moves to the other side in the front-rear direction, it is arranged at a position that does not interfere with the affixing member .

According to the present invention, the adhesive tape is affixed to the affixing surface of the affixing member located at the standby position by the tape setting means, and the adhering tape is adsorbed to the affixing surface by the adsorption means. Hold on. And a sticking member is advanced to the joining end part of a heat insulating material with a drive means, an adhesive tape is affixed on a joining end part by covering a joint line and pressing it against a joining end part. Then, after canceling the suction by the suction means, the sticking member is returned to the standby position, and the sticking process of the adhesive tape is completed. By repeating the above, the adhesive tape can be continuously attached to the joining end portion of the heat insulating material. In this way, the single-sided metal plate heat-insulating panel having the joining ends joined with the adhesive tape is cut to a predetermined length. By joining the joining end portions of the heat insulating material with the adhesive tape, the joint of the heat insulating material is not peeled off, and the difficulty in handling the panel is solved.

In the present invention, it has a detecting means for detecting that the joining end portion has been transported to a position corresponding to the attaching member, and upon receiving a detection signal of the detecting means, the driving means causes the attaching member to The embodiment includes a mode in which the adhesive tape is attached to the joining end by advancing to the joining end. According to this form, an adhesive tape can be automatically affixed continuously with respect to the joining edge part of the heat insulating material conveyed continuously.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, there exists an effect that the tape sticking apparatus which can eliminate the difficulty of handling of a panel is provided without the joint of the some heat insulating material which comprises a single-sided metal plate heat insulation panel peeling.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
(1) Panel Manufacturing Equipment FIG. 1 schematically shows a panel manufacturing equipment, and FIG. 2 shows a panel-like heat insulating material 1. The heat insulating material 1 has a rectangular shape having a predetermined thickness, and is formed of a resin foam material such as polystyrene. Although the dimension of the heat insulating material 1 is arbitrary, it is shape | molded by the defined dimensions, such as length: 1820mm, width: 910mm, and thickness: 50mm, for example. In the present embodiment, in the process of continuously arranging a plurality of heat insulating materials 1 by the panel manufacturing facility shown in FIG. 1 and joining a metal plate to one surface to manufacture a single-sided metal plate heat insulating panel having a predetermined length, the heat insulating material. The present invention relates to a tape applicator that joins one piece with an adhesive tape. In addition, the material of the heat insulating material of this invention is arbitrary like a size, For example, a urethane foam, a phenol foam, rock wool etc. are mentioned.

First, the outline of the manufacturing process of the single-sided metal plate heat insulating panel by the panel manufacturing facility shown in FIG. 1 will be described.

The heat insulating material 1 is sequentially supplied to the conveyance path 50 provided horizontally in the panel manufacturing facility. The conveyance path 50 is composed of a plurality of roller conveyors 51 arranged in the conveyance direction (indicated by the arrow F), and the heat insulating material 1 is in a state where the longitudinal direction is along the conveyance direction of the conveyance path 50 from the supply unit 51a, and The paper is continuously supplied to the conveyance path 50 with the width direction aligned. The heat insulating material supplied to the supply unit 51a is pushed in the transport direction by the cylinder-type pusher 52 and is abutted against the rear end of the preceding heat insulating material 1, so that the plurality of heat insulating materials 1 are thrust on the transport path 50. It is transported continuously in the applied state.

As shown in FIG. 3, a steel plate (metal plate) 30 is joined to the upper surface side of the heat insulating material 1 by an appropriate adhesive at an intermediate portion of the conveyance path 50. On the conveyance path 50, the single-sided metal plate heat insulation panel material 12 in which the steel plate 30 is stuck on the upper surface of the continuous heat insulating material 1 is manufactured. The single-sided metal plate heat insulation panel material 12 can be configured to be endlessly long on the conveyance path 50.

The steel plate 30 has a width substantially the same as the width of the heat insulating material 1, and is unwound from the steel plate roll 30 </ b> A disposed above the supply unit 51 a to the downstream side on the conveyance path 50, and the guide roll 53. Is led to the upper surface of the heat insulating material 1. As the steel plate 30, for example, a color steel plate having a thickness of 0.25 to 0.6 mm, a galvalume steel plate, a ZAM steel plate (registered trademark), a vinyl chloride steel plate, or the like is used.

The heat insulating material 1 is continuously transported in a state in which a plurality of the heat insulating materials 1 are in contact with each other until reaching the bonding region of the steel plate 30, and the steel plate 30 is bonded to the upper surface of the heat insulating material 1 while passing through the pressing roll 54 from the guide roll 53, Single-sided metal plate heat insulation panel material 12 is manufactured. An adhesive that adheres the steel plate 30 to the heat insulating material 1 is applied to the upper surface of the heat insulating material 1 or the lower surface of the steel plate 30.

Subsequently, on the downstream side of the conveyance path 50, as shown in FIG. 4, the single-sided metal plate heat insulation panel material 12 is cut by a cutting machine 55 at a desired location. Thereby, the single-sided metal plate heat insulation panel 14 having a desired length obtained by fixing the steel plate 30 to one side of the heat insulating material 1 is obtained. By performing the above operation continuously, a large number of single-sided metal plate heat insulation panels 14 having a desired length can be obtained continuously.

(2) Tape Affixing Device Now, in the panel manufacturing facility, as shown in FIG. 1, the heat insulating material 1 before and after the steel plate 30 is joined to the upper surface below the upstream side of the cutting machine 55 in the conveyance path 50. A tape applicator 100 that covers the joint and joins the joining ends is provided. The tape applicator 100 is positioned between the roller conveyors 51 where the heat insulating material 1 is exposed downward.

(2-1) Configuration of Tape Affixing Device As shown in FIG. 6, the tape affixing device 100 has an affixing pad having an affixing surface 111 facing the lower surface of the heat insulating material 1 conveyed along the conveying path 50 ( The affixing member 110 and the affixing pad 110 are moved up and down to advance and retract with respect to the joining end portion of the heat insulating material 1. A tape setting means 140 for pulling out and setting the adhesive tape 120 is provided.

The affixing pad 110 is a plate-like member that extends in a direction crossing the conveyance path 50, and has a length corresponding to the width of the heat insulating material 1. It is set to be parallel to the lower surface, that is, to be horizontal. Opening portions 112 are formed at both ends of the attaching surface 111, and suction means 115 for adsorbing and holding the adhesive tape 120 to the attaching surface 111 is provided in the opening portions 112. The suction means 115 is connected to an intake device such as a vacuum pump (not shown). In this case, two pressure receiving rolls 119 that are in contact with the upper surface of the steel plate 30 are provided above the bonding pad 110 and above the single-sided metal plate heat insulation panel material 12 that is transported through the transport path 50. .

As shown in FIG. 7, the affixing pad 110 is provided on a plate 103 supported so as to be movable up and down along a guide 102 with respect to a base 101. Two guides 102 are provided so as to be separated from each other in the direction transverse to the conveying direction. Between the guides 102 of the base 101, a driving means 130 that is composed of an air cylinder or the like and drives the plate 103 up and down is installed. By the driving means 130, the attachment pad 110 is moved between a lower standby position and an upper advance position. At the upper advance position, the attachment surface 111 comes into contact with the joining end portion of the lower surface of the heat insulating material 1. It is possible.

When the affixing pad 110 is in the standby position, the adhesive tape 120 is set on the affixing surface 111 by the tape setting means 140. As shown in FIG. 6, the tape setting means 140 is located at a standby position from the tape roll support means 141 that rotatably supports the adhesive tape roll 121 and the adhesive tape roll 121 supported by the tape roll support means 141. The adhesive tape pull-out means 144 for pulling out and extending the adhesive tape 120 on the attachment surface 111 of the attachment pad 110 and the cutting means 150 are configured. As the adhesive tape 120, for example, a curing tape having a width of about 100 mm in which an adhesive layer made of an acrylic adhesive is formed on one side, an aluminum tape, or the like is preferably used.

The tape roll support unit 141 accumulates the adhesive tape 120 having a width of about 100 mm in a roll shape on one side (surface on the downstream side in the transport direction) of the board 142 fixed to the side of the affixing pad 110 located at the standby position. The adhesive tape roll 121 is rotatably supported. In this case, two adhesive tape rolls 121 are supported on the board 142 up and down.

The adhesive tape pulling means 144 has a clamp 145 that grips the end of the adhesive tape 120 from the adhesive tape roll 121. The clamp 145 is installed on the clamp guide 147 via the slide plate 146 so as to be able to reciprocate along the pad 110. The clamp 145 is supported by the slide plate 146 via the front / rear guide 148 so as to be movable in the front / rear direction along the conveying direction of the heat insulating material 1.

The cutting means 150 is disposed between the tape roll support means 141 and the affixing pad 110 and on the downstream side of the clamp guide 147, and the disc-shaped cutter 151 is moved back and forth by the cutter guide 153 via the arm 152. It is configured to be movable in the direction.

As shown in FIG. 1, the transport path 50 is provided with detection means 160 including an encoder or the like that detects the transport distance of the heat insulating material 1 being transported. After the tape applicator 100 is activated for the first time, the apparatus 100 is controlled to repeat the operation every time the detecting means 160 detects that the heat insulating material 1 has been conveyed by the length of the heat insulating material 1. Is done.

(2-2) Operation of the tape applying apparatus The operation of the tape applying apparatus 100 having the above-described configuration is as follows.
The affixing pad 110 is positioned at the standby position, and the clamp 145 positioned on the rear side (downstream side) grips the end of the adhesive tape 120 taken out from the adhesive tape roll 121, and the clamp 145 is attached to the affixing pad 110. The adhesive tape 120 is pulled out onto the attachment surface 111 by moving on the attachment surface 111 (see FIG. 8A). The adhesive tape 120 is pulled out horizontally in a state where the adhesive surface on one side faces the heat insulating material 1 above. Next, the adhesive tape pulled out by operating the adsorbing means 115 is adsorbed and held on the affixing surface 111, and then the arm 152 of the cutting means 150 moves forward (upstream side) so that the adhesive tape 120 is removed. Cut from the adhesive tape roll 121. And the holding | grip of the adhesive tape 120 by the clamp 145 is cancelled | released (refer FIG.8 (b)).

Next, the move toward front along the clamp 145 back and forth guide 148 is returned to the original position along the clamp guide 147. By moving toward front along the longitudinal guide 148, the clamp 145 is returned to the original position without interfering with the attachment pad 110, thereafter, positioned in front of the adhesive tape gripping position.

Next, when the joining end portion of the heat insulating material 1 conveyed through the conveyance path 50 advances onto the tape applying apparatus 100 and the joint line comes on the attaching surface 111, the attaching pad 110 is raised by the driving means 130. . As a result, the adhesive tape 120 on the affixing surface 111 is pressed against the joint end portions of the front and rear heat insulating materials 1 covering the joint, and is affixed to the joint end portions (see FIG. 8C). The pressing force generated by raising the sticking pad 110 is received by the pressure receiving roll 119 so that the pressing force is reliably transmitted to the heat insulating material 1. Subsequently, after the suction of the adhesive tape 120 by the suction means 115 is released, the sticking pad 110 is lowered to the standby position (see FIG. 8D).

Thus, the joint of the lower surface of the heat insulating material 1 is joined with the adhesive tape 120 while being transported, and thereafter, the heat insulating material 1 is equal to the length of the heat insulating material 1 based on the transport distance measured by the detection means 160. Every time it is detected that the seam has been conveyed and the seam of the front and back heat insulating materials 1 comes on the tape applicator 100, control for repeating the adhering operation is performed.

(3) Effects of One Embodiment According to the tape affixing device 100 of the present embodiment, the adhesive tape 120 is set on the affixing surface 111 of the affixing pad 110 located at the standby position by the tape setting means 140 and sucked. The adhesive tape 120 is held on the affixing surface 111 by adhering the adhesive tape to the affixing surface 111 by means 115. Then, the sticking pad 110 is advanced to the joining end portion of the heat insulating material 1 being conveyed by the driving means 130, and the adhesive tape 120 is applied to the joining end portion by covering the seam and pressing it against the joining end portion. Attached. Subsequently, after the suction by the suction means 115 is released, the sticking pad 110 is returned to the standby position, and the sticking process of the adhesive tape 120 is completed. By repeating the above, the adhesive tape 120 can be continuously attached to the joining end portion of the heat insulating material 1 being conveyed without stopping the conveyance. FIG. 9 shows a state in which the adhesive tape 120 is attached to the joint 1 a of the heat insulating material 1 in the apparatus 100.

Thus, the single-sided metal plate heat insulation panel 14 in which the joint at the joint end of the heat insulating material 1 is joined with the adhesive tape 120 is cut into a predetermined length by the cutting machine 55 and manufactured into the single-sided metal plate heat insulation panel 14. In the obtained single-sided metal plate heat insulating panel 14, the joint ends of the heat insulating material 1 are bonded with the adhesive tape 120, so that the seam of the heat insulating material 1 does not peel and the handling difficulty of the panel is solved. Further, as in the present embodiment, the detection means 160 detects the transport distance of the heat insulating material 1 and operates based on the detected transport distance, thereby allowing the joint end portion of the heat insulating material 1 to be continuously transported. Adhesive tape can be automatically applied continuously.
