Description

Claims (11)
- 水晶体嚢内に移植されるようになっている調節性眼内レンズ(AIOL)であって、
外殻であって、前記水晶体嚢との結合を促進すべく、該外殻の少なくとも周囲に少なくとも一つの表面改質を含む外殻と、
充填材料の注入を許可するように構成されたバルブと、
水晶体嚢の形状変化に反応して、充填された前記外殻の形状を変化させるように、前記水晶体嚢からの力を伝達するようになっている、前記外殻における力伝達組立体と
を具備し、
前記力伝達組立体が前記AIOLの周方向に、互いに間隔を隔てた複数の強化径方向リブを具備する、調節性眼内レンズ(AIOL)。 - 水晶体後嚢混濁を低減すべく前記水晶体嚢を保持するように形作られた、少なくとも一つの鋭い縁を更に具備する、請求項1に記載のAIOL。
- 当該AIOLの周囲に少なくとも一つの生体ヒンジを更に具備する、請求項1に記載のAIOL。
- 前記少なくとも一つの表面改質を有しない前記外殻の一部が、前記水晶体嚢の細胞成長を防止するように処理されている、請求項1に記載のAIOL。
- 前記充填材料がポリマーゲルを含んで成る、請求項1に記載のAIOL。
- 前記外殻が周囲バンドを更に具備し、前記少なくとも一つの表面改質が前記周囲バンド上にある、請求項1に記載のAIOL。
- 前記少なくとも一つの表面改質がナノ・テクスチャリングを具備する、請求項1に記載のAIOL。
- 前記少なくとも一つの表面改質が、前記水晶体嚢についての成長因子を含むコーティングを含んで成る、請求項1に記載のAIOL。
- 前記周囲バンドが、前記水晶体嚢から前記外殻に力を伝達すべく該外殻の周りにぴったり収まるような大きさで作られている、請求項6に記載のAIOL。
- 前記周囲バンドが、前記外殻に結合するための接着剤を具備する、請求項6に記載のAIOL。
- 前記周囲バンドが前記外殻と一体的に形成されている、請求項6に記載のAIOL。
