Claims (10)
- a. センサユニット(3)と、
b. 前記センサユニット(3)と協働する伝動装置(10)と、
c. 前記伝動装置(10)にかみ合っている、ブレーキ摩耗に割り当てられた入力値または特性値のための中央駆動要素(8)と、
を備えている、ディスクブレーキのブレーキ摩耗センサにおいて、
d. 前記ブレーキ摩耗センサが、前記ブレーキ摩耗に割り当てられた他の入力値または特性値のための少なくとも1個の追加入力部(9)を備えていることを特徴とするブレーキ摩耗センサ。 - 少なくとも1個の前記追加入力部(9)が前記伝動装置(10)と協働していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレーキ摩耗センサ。
- 少なくとも1個の前記追加入力部(9)が、追加駆動装置(21)を介して前記伝動装置(10)に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のブレーキ摩耗センサ。
- 前記追加駆動装置(21)が、平歯車装置、ウォーム歯車装置、かさ歯車装置、連結棒、突棒またはカム装置として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のブレーキ摩耗センサ。
- 前記伝動装置(10)が遊星歯車装置であることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のブレーキ摩耗センサ。
- 前記追加駆動装置(21)が前記遊星歯車装置の遊星キャリヤ歯車(18)に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のブレーキ摩耗センサ。
- 前記センサユニット(3)がポテンショメータを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のブレーキ摩耗センサ。
- 前記センサユニット(3)が誘導型および/または容量型トランスデューサを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のブレーキ摩耗センサ。
- ディスクブレーキのブレーキ摩耗センサの測定信号を、前記ブレーキ摩耗センサの少なくとも2つの異なる入力値または特性値に割り当てる方法において、
前記測定信号が、前記ディスクブレーキの異なる運転状態に依存してその都度、前記ブレーキ摩耗センサの少なくとも2つの異なる入力値または特性値の一つに割り当てられ、前記ブレーキ摩耗センサが請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のブレーキ摩耗センサであることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のブレーキ摩耗センサを備えたディスクブレーキ。
