Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態に係る基本的な冷凍サイクル装置を示している。この冷凍サイクル装置は、図1に示すように、圧縮機120を有する。圧縮機120は、低温・低圧の冷媒ガスを圧縮し、高温・高圧の冷媒ガスを凝縮器121に向かって吐出する。凝縮器121に送られた冷媒ガスは、その熱を空気中に放出しながら高温・高圧の冷媒液となり、膨張機構(例えば、膨張弁、またはキャピラリチューブ)122に送られる。膨張機構122を通過する高温・高圧の冷媒液は、絞り効果によって低温・低圧の湿り蒸気となり蒸発器123へ送られる。蒸発器123に入った冷媒は、周囲から熱を吸収して蒸発する。そして、蒸発器123を出た低温・低圧の冷媒ガスは、ロータリ圧縮機120に吸い込まれる。このようなサイクルが繰り返される。

Claims (15)
- 冷凍サイクル装置に使用される圧縮機であって、
炭素の二重結合を有するハイドロフルオロオレフィンの単一冷媒または前記ハイドロフルオロオレフィンと炭素の二重結合を有しないハイドロフルオロカーボンとを含む混合冷媒が使用され、
冷凍機油の劣化を抑制する添加剤と磨耗防止剤とを含む前記冷凍機油が使用され、
前記混合冷媒および前記冷凍機油に曝される摺動部として、互いに摺動し合うピストンとベーンとを有し、
前記ベーンが、セラミックコーティングされてHV1500〜2000の硬度を備え、
前記ピストンが、HRC47〜55の硬度を備える、圧縮機。 - 前記ベーンが、高速度工具鋼から作製されている、請求項1に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記セラミックコーティングにより、Ti(チタン)、V(バナジウム)、Ta(タンタル)、W(タングステン)、Nb(ニオブ)の窒化物または炭化物が前記ベーンの表面にコーティングされる、請求項1または2に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記ピストンと接触する前記ベーンの先端部の前記セラミックコーティング厚さが5〜15μmである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記セラミックコーティングが、前記ベーンの先端部のみに行われている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記ピストンが、鋳鉄から作製されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記鋳鉄が、クロムを0.4〜1.2wt%、モリブデンを0.15〜0.7wt%含有する、請求項6に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記鋳鉄が、ニッケルを0.15〜0.4wt%含有する、請求項6または7に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記ベーンの表面および前記ピストンの表面が、Ra0.4μm以下の面粗さを備える、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記冷媒が、ハイドロフルオロオレフィンの一種であるテトラフルオロプロペンまたはトリフルオロプロペンの少なくとも1つを含み、地球温暖化係数が5以上750以下である、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記冷媒の地球温暖化係数が5以上350以下である、請求項10に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記冷媒が、ハイドロフルオロオレフィンの一種であるテトラフルオロプロペンまたはトリフルオロプロペンを主成分とし、
ジフルオロメタンおよびペンタフルオロエタンが、地球温暖化係数が5以上、750以下となるように前記冷媒に混合されている、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮機。 - ジフルオロメタンおよびペンタフルオロエタンが、地球温暖化係数が5以上350以下となるように前記冷媒に混合されている、請求項12に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記冷凍機油が、(1)ポリオキシアルキレングリコール類、(2)ポリビニルエーテル類、(3)ポリ(オキシ)アルキレングリコールまたはそのモノエーテルとポリビニルエーテルの共重合体、(4)ポリオールエステル類およびポリカーボネート類の含酸素化合物を含む合成油、(5)アルキルベンゼン類を主成分とする合成油、または(6)αオレフィン類を主成分とする合成油である、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮機。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の圧縮機と、
凝縮器と、
膨張機構と、
蒸発器とを有し、
冷媒を圧縮、凝縮、膨張、蒸発させる冷凍サイクルを形成する、冷凍サイクル装置。
