Claims (13)
- 導電性構造体を有するガラス板であって、
互いにガルバニック分離された、印刷された導電層である少なくとも2つの導電性構造体(2a、2b)を有するガラス板(1)と、
導電性構造体(2a、2b)のうちの少なくとも1つの上のガルバニック分離層(5)と、
ガルバニック分離層(5)の上の導電体(4)と
を備え、
ガルバニック分離層(5)が、導電性構造体(2a、2b)のうちの少なくとも1つから導電体(4)をガルバニック分離し、
導電体(4)およびガルバニック分離層(5)が、導電性構造体(2a、2b)の間の容量結合素子(3)であり、
第1の導電性構造体(2a)が、加熱機能およびアンテナ機能を有し、
第2の導電性構造体(2b)が、アンテナ機能を有するとともに、その一端において、アンテナ信号を送給するためのアンテナ接続部(A)を備え、
容量結合素子(3)を介し、導電性構造体(2a)および(2b)が、加熱電圧(DC)に関してはガルバニック分離される一方、アンテナ信号(高周波AC)に関しては容量結合されており、
導電体(4)が、ガルバニック分離層(5)によって導電性構造体(2a、2b)からガルバニック分離されており、
結合素子が、導電性構造体の外側輪郭と面一に適応されており、
結合素子が、フィルム層システムとして、自己接着性である、ガラス板。 - 導電体(4)が、導電性構造体(2a)および(2b)をそれらの幅全体に亘って覆う、請求項1に記載のガラス板。
- 少なくとも1つの容量結合素子(3)が、少なくとも1つの導電性構造体(2a、2b)の上に付着される、請求項1または2に記載のガラス板。
- ガルバニック分離層(5)が、2から6の比誘電率を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板。
- ガルバニック分離層(5)が、少なくとも2つの層(5−1、5−2)を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板。
- 導電体(4)が、10μmから200μmの層厚を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板。
- 導電性構造体(2a、2b)が、容量結合素子の領域において、櫛状に構成されまたはメアンダ状に互いに噛み合う、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板。
- 導電性構造体(2a、2b)が、10μmから100μmの層厚を有する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板。
- 導電層を有するガラス板を製造する方法であって、
a.互いにガルバニック分離された、印刷された導電層である少なくとも2つの導電性構造体(2a、2b)を有するガラス板(1)が被覆され、
b.導電性構造体(2a、2b)のうちの少なくとも1つの上に、少なくとも1つのガルバニック分離層(5)が付着され、
c.少なくとも1つの導電体(4)が、ガルバニック分離層(5)の上に付着され、
導電体(4)およびガルバニック分離層(5)が、導電性構造体(2a、2b)の間の容量結合素子(3)であり、
第1の導電性構造体(2a)が、加熱機能およびアンテナ機能を有し、
第2の導電性構造体(2b)が、アンテナ機能を有するとともに、その一端において、アンテナ信号を送給するためのアンテナ接続部(A)を備え、
容量結合素子(3)を介し、導電性構造体(2a)および(2b)が、加熱電圧(DC)に関してはガルバニック分離される一方、アンテナ信号(高周波AC)に関しては容量結合されており、
導電体(4)が、ガルバニック分離層(5)によって導電性構造体(2a、2b)からガルバニック分離されており、
容量結合素子は、導電性構造体の外側輪郭と面一に適応されており、
容量結合素子は、フィルム層システムとして自己接着性である、
方法。 - 中間層(7)が、ガラス板(1)に追加として付着される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- ガルバニック分離層(5)および導電体(4)が、容量結合素子(3)において、少なくとも1つの導電性構造体(2a、2b)の上に付着される、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの容量結合素子(3)が、少なくとも1つの導電性構造体(2a、2b)の上のフィルム複合体に接着される、請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- アンテナおよび加熱能力を有する自動車グレージングとする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のアンテナ能力を有するガラス板の使用方法。
