Description
Claims (7)
- 超音波の送信信号を出力して被検体から超音波の受信信号を得る送受信部と、
超音波の受信信号に基づいて被検体内の複数箇所における組織の変位を測定する測定部と、
前記複数箇所において測定された組織の変位に基づいて、前記複数箇所における組織の変位の中の周期的な組織の変位を検出する検出部と、
を有し、
被検体内にせん断波を発生させる超音波のプッシュ波を送波してから、当該被検体に超音波のトラッキング波を送波し、
前記測定部は、トラッキング波により得られる超音波の受信信号に基づいて、せん断波の発生後における前記複数箇所の組織の変位を測定し、
前記検出部は、せん断波の発生後における前記周期的な組織の変位を検出する、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1に記載の超音波診断装置において、
前記測定部により測定されたせん断波の発生後における前記複数箇所の組織の変位の測定結果から、前記検出部により検出された前記周期的な組織の変位を低減または除去した修正後の測定結果に基づいて、被検体内におけるせん断波の速度情報を得る、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の超音波診断装置において、
前記測定部は、被検体内の複数箇所について、前記各箇所の受信信号に基づいて当該箇所における組織の変位を測定することにより、前記複数箇所において測定された変位を複数時刻に亘って示した変位データを生成し、
前記検出部は、変位データに基づいて、前記複数箇所において測定された変位の中から前記周期的な変位を検出する、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項3に記載の超音波診断装置において、
前記測定部は、一方軸に時刻を示して他方軸に前記複数箇所の位置を示した変位データを生成する、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項3または4に記載の超音波診断装置において、
前記検出部は、変位データに基づいて前記各箇所における変位の時間的な変化を周波数解析し、判定条件を満たす極大の周波数成分が含まれる場合に、当該箇所における変位が周期的であると判定する、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項3から5のいずれか1項に記載の超音波診断装置において、
前記測定部により生成された変位データに基づいて、前記複数箇所における変位を複数時刻に亘って示した表示画像を形成する、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項3から6のいずれか1項に記載の超音波診断装置において、
前記測定部により変位が測定された前記複数箇所のうち、前記検出部により周期的な変位が検出された前記各箇所を明示した表示画像を形成する、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。
