Abstract
Description
成分(a)ビニル芳香族化合物を主体とする重合体ブロックAの少なくとも2個と、共役ジエン化合物を主体とする重合体ブロックBの少なくとも1個とからなるブロック共重合体、及び/またはこれを水素添加して得られる水添ブロック共重合体50〜60重量部、成分(b)結晶性のエチレンもしくはプロピレンの単独重合体またはこのエチレンもしくはプロピレンを主体とする結晶性の共重合体10〜30重量部、
成分(c)ゴム用軟化剤25〜55重量部
上記(a)+(b)+(c)=100重量部に対して
成分(d)石油樹脂及び/または水素添加して得られる水素添加石油樹脂を3〜15重量部配合したことを特徴とする芯材を有する押出し成形品。
特に、車体開口周縁のコーナー部に装着できるような被覆体(4)および保持部(5)にタイプAデュロメータ硬さ45〜65の軟質の熱可塑性エラストマー使用しても、接触部(6)を形成する熱可塑性エラストマー組成物は、オイル含有能力の高いゴムからなる成分(a)を50〜60重量部というようにメインに配合するため、接触部(6)の表面にオイルが移行し付着せずに、接触部(6)の密着性が維持される効果がある。
以上のような、接触部(6)が保持部(5)に共押出し成形によって一体に成形されたことで、成形品本体(1)がフランジ(11)から脱落しない効果がある。
次に、接触部(6)を形成する熱可塑性エラストマー組成物について説明する。
ビニル芳香族化合物を主体とする重合体ブロックAの少なくとも2個と、共役ジエン化合物を主体とする重合体ブロックBの少なくとも1個とからなるブロック共重合体又はこれを水素添加して得られるもの、あるいはこれらの混合物であり、例えば、A−B−A、B−A−B−A、A−B−A−B−Aなどの構造を有するビニル芳香族化合物−共役ジエン化合物ブロック共重合体および/または、これらの水素添加されたもの等を挙げることができる。
本発明で用いられる成分(b)は、結晶性のエチレンもしくはプロピレンの単独重合体またはこのエチレンもしくはプロピレンを主体とする結晶性の共重合体が挙げられる。例えば、高密度ポリエチレン、低密度ポリエチレン、エチレン・ブテン−1共重合体等の結晶性エチレン系重合体、アイソタクチックポリプロピレン、プロピレン・エチレン共重合体、プロピレン・ブテン−1共重合体、プロピレン・エチレン・ブテン−1三元共重合体等の結晶性プロピレン系重合体が挙げられる。そのなかでも、ポリプロピレン系樹脂が好ましい。
本発明で用いられるゴム用軟化剤成分(c)は、非芳香族系ゴム用軟化剤成分でも芳香族系ゴム用軟化剤成分でもかまわず、また、エステル系可塑剤も使用できるが、特に、非芳香族系の鉱物油、エステル系可塑剤が好ましい。非芳香族系の鉱物油軟化剤としては、パラフィン鎖炭素数が全炭素数の50%以上を占めるパラフィン系の軟化剤が挙げられる。
本発明で用いられる石油樹脂成分(d)としては、石油精製工業、石油化学工業の各種工程、特にナフサの分解工程で得られる不飽和炭化水素を原料として共重合して得られる樹脂であって、C5留分を原料とした脂肪族系石油樹脂、C9留分を原料とした芳香族系石油樹脂、ジシクロペンタジエンを原料とした脂環族系石油樹脂、並びにテルペン系樹脂およびこれら2種以上が共重合した共重合系石油樹脂、さらにこれらを水素化した水素化石油樹脂などが例示できる。上記した樹脂の水素添石油樹脂は、上記の樹脂を当業者に公知の方法により水素添加して得られる。具体的には、出光石油化学(株)製のアイマーブ(水素化石油樹脂)、荒川化学工業(株)製のアルコン(水素化石油樹脂)、ヤスハラケミカル(株)製のクリアロン(水素化テルペン樹脂)、トーネックス(株)製のエスコレッツ(脂肪族系炭化水素樹脂)、などの市販品を用いることができる。
また、本発明に係る芯材を有する押出し成形品の接触部(6)を形成する熱可塑性エラストマー組成物は、必要に応じて、上述の成分(a)〜成分(d)に付加する成分(e)として、無機充填剤(e)成分を配合することができる。成分(e)は、熱可塑性エラストマー組成物から得られる成形品の圧縮永久歪みなど一部の物性を改良する効果のほかに、増量による経済上の利点を有する。成分(e)としては、ウォラストナイト、緑泥石、炭酸カルシウム、タルク、シリカ、珪藻土、硫酸バリウム、炭酸マグネシウム、水酸化マグネシウム、マイカ、クレー、酸化チタン、カーボンブラック、ガラス繊維、中空ガラスバルーン、炭素繊維、チタン酸カルシウム繊維、天然けい酸、合成けい酸(ホワイトカーボン)等が挙げられる。これらのうち、炭酸カルシウム、ウォラストナイト、緑泥石、タルクが特に好ましい。
商品名;セプトン4055、クラレ(株)製、スチレン−イソプレンブロック共重合体、スチレン含有量=30重量%、イソプレン含有量=70重量%、重量平均分子量=260,000、分子量分布=1.3、水素添加率=90%以上〕を50重量部。
FW4BT:日本ポリプロ株式会社製、ポリプロピレンランダム共重合体、MFR(230℃、21.18N)7g/10分を15重量部。
商品名;ダイアナプロセスオイルPW‐90、出光興産社製、非芳香族炭化水素系ゴム用軟化剤(Oil)(パラフィン系オイル)、重量平均分子量:540を35重量部。
(尚、上述したとおり、成分(a)+成分(b)+成分(c)=100重量部)に対して
商品名;アイマーブP−140、出光石油化学(株)製、石油樹脂、軟化点:140℃、平均分子量:910、密度:1.03を10重量部
を配合し、溶融混練して得られるペレット状の材料を用いた。
JIS K 6253に準拠し、試験片として6.3mm厚プレスシートを用い、タイプAデュロメータ硬さにて測定し、15秒値を求めた。測定温度は23℃であった。
引張強さ、100%モジュラス、伸びの測定は、JIS K 6301に準拠し、試験片は2mm厚プレスシートを、3号ダンベル型に打抜いて使用した。引張速度は500mm/分とした。測定温度は23℃であった。
測定装置 :「HEIDON(新東科学(株)製)」、滑り片:金属ボール、試験片:1mm押出テープ、
測定条件 垂直荷重:100 g、試験速度:200mm/min、移動距離:50mmの条件で測定。
比較例1は従来品の保持部(5)だけで、接触部(6)は形成されていない。

Claims (7)
- 自動車のドア、トランク、バックドア等の車体開口部周縁のフランジ(11)に装着する芯材を有する押出し成形品において、成形品本体(1)は断面略U字形のグリップ部(2)が芯材(3)と被覆体(4)によって形成され、グリップ部(2)の側部(7)の内側には保持部(5)が形成され、被覆体(4)および保持部(5)はタイプAデュロメータ硬さが45〜65の熱可塑性エラストマーによって形成され、保持部(5)はフランジ(11)と当接する部分に、保持部(5)より静摩擦係数が大きい接触部(6)が一体に形成され、接触部(6)を形成する熱可塑性エラストマー組成物が、
成分(a)ビニル芳香族化合物を主体とする重合体ブロックAの少なくとも2個と、共役ジエン化合物を主体とする重合体ブロックBの少なくとも1個とからなるブロック共重合体、及び/またはこれを水素添加して得られる水添ブロック共重合体50〜60重量部、成分(b)結晶性のエチレンもしくはプロピレンの単独重合体またはこのエチレンもしくはプロピレンを主体とする結晶性の共重合体10〜30重量部、

- 接触部(6)は保持部(5)の先端部の全体または保持部(5)の全体に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1から2のいずれか一項に記載する芯材を有する押出し成形品。
- 接触部(6)は一方の側部(7)の保持部(5)に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載する芯材を有する押出し成形品。
- 接触部(6)は一方および他方の両側部(7)の保持部(5)に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載する芯材を有する押出し成形品。
- グリップ部(2)の外周に中空シール部(9)が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載する芯材を有する押出し成形品。
- 断面略U字形の芯材(3)は合成樹脂または金属からなることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載する芯材を有する押出し成形品。
