Claims (12)
- 炭化水素ガスからメタノールを合成するプラントにおいて二酸化炭素の回収を行う方法であって、
炭化水素ガスの水蒸気改質反応によって改質ガスを生成する改質ステップと、
前記改質ガスからメタノールを合成するメタノール合成ステップと、
前記水蒸気改質反応の熱源を得るために燃料ガスを燃焼する燃焼ステップと、
前記燃焼により発生する燃焼排ガスから吸収液を用いて二酸化炭素を回収する二酸化炭素回収ステップと、
前記改質ガスまたは前記改質ガスと前記メタノールとから、温度の異なる複数の改質ガスまたは改質ガスとメタノールの熱媒体を得るステップと、
前記二酸化炭素を吸収した吸収液を、前記温度の異なる複数の熱媒体を用いて、段階的に加熱することで、前記吸収液から二酸化炭素を除去して吸収液を再生する吸収液再生ステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記温度の異なる複数の熱媒体は、少なくとも一方の熱媒体が115〜140℃の温度を有し、他方の熱媒体が90〜110℃の温度を有する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記メタノール合成ステップにおいて合成したメタノールを蒸留する蒸留ステップを更に含み、前記改質ガスと熱交換を行うことで、更に温度の異なる熱媒体を得て、この熱媒体を前記蒸留の熱源として用いる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記メタノール合成ステップにおいて合成したメタノールからガソリンを合成するガソリン合成ステップを更に含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記温度の異なる複数の改質ガスで前記二酸化炭素を吸収した吸収液を段階的に加熱することで前記吸収液の再生を行う請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記温度の異なる改質ガスとメタノールで前記二酸化炭素を吸収した吸収液を段階的に加熱することで前記吸収液の再生を行う請求項1に記載の方法。
- 炭化水素ガスからメタノールを合成するとともに、二酸化炭素の回収を行うシステムであって、
炭化水素ガスの水蒸気改質反応によって改質ガスを生成する改質器と、
前記改質ガスから、メタノールを合成するメタノール合成装置と、
前記改質器での水蒸気改質反応の熱源を得るために燃料ガスを燃焼する燃焼装置と、
前記燃焼装置で発生する燃焼排ガスから、吸収液を用いて二酸化炭素を回収する二酸化炭素吸収装置と、
前記改質ガスをまたは前記改質ガスと前記メタノールとを、温度の異なる複数の改質ガスまたは改質ガスとメタノールの熱媒体として用いる複数の熱交換器と、
前記二酸化炭素を吸収した吸収液を、前記複数の熱交換器によって前記温度の異なる複数の熱媒体で段階的に加熱することで、前記吸収液から二酸化炭素を除去して吸収液を再生する吸収液再生装置と
を備えるシステム。 - 前記温度の異なる複数の熱媒体は、少なくとも一方の熱媒体が115〜140℃の温度を有し、他方の熱媒体が90〜110℃の温度を有する請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記メタノール合成装置で合成したメタノールを蒸留する蒸留装置と、前記改質ガスとの熱交換によって更に温度の異なる熱媒体を得るための更なる熱交換器とを更に備えており、前記更に温度の異なる熱媒体を前記蒸留装置の熱源として用いる請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記メタノール合成装置で合成したメタノールからガソリンを合成するガソリン合成装置を更に備える請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の熱交換器が、前記改質ガスと前記二酸化炭素を吸収した吸収液とが段階的に複数の熱交換を行うように配置されている請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の熱交換器のうち、少なくとも一方の熱交換器が前記改質ガスと前記二酸化炭素を吸収した吸収液とが熱交換を行うように配置され、他方の熱交換器が前記メタノールと前記二酸化炭素を吸収した吸収液とが熱交換を行うように配置されている請求項7に記載のシステム。
