Description
本発明に係る内視鏡は、既に装備されていた機能に加えて、挿入器具の複数の機能を追加することができ、さらなる多機能化および高機能化を実現することができる。
図1乃至図3は、本発明の第1の実施の形態の挿入器具を示している。
図1乃至図3に示すように、本発明の第1の実施の形態の挿入器具10は、内視鏡から成り、器具本体11と第1折返し部12と第2折返し部13と操作手段14とを有している。
挿入器具10は、図3に示すように、腹腔鏡下手術などの内視鏡下手術で好適に使用される。内視鏡下手術等で使用されるとき、図3(b)に示すように、操作手段14で第1折返し部12および第2折返し部13を直列位置に位置付けた状態で、先端の第1折返し部12から体表の切開部に入れて、体内に挿入する。このとき、第1折返し部12および第2折返し部13が直列位置であるため、外径を小さくした状態で、小さい切開部から体内に挿入することができる。
図4および図5に示すように、本発明の実施の形態の内視鏡50は、内視鏡本体51と挿入器具52とを有している。なお、挿入器具52は、本発明の第1の実施の形態の挿入器具10とほぼ同様の構成を有しているため、以下の説明では、本発明の第1の実施の形態と同一の構成には同一の符号を付して、作用・効果などの重複する説明を省略する。
内視鏡50は、挿入器具52を鉗子口51bに取り付けて成るため、内視鏡本体51に既に装備されていた機能に加えて、挿入器具52の複数の機能を追加することができ、さらなる多機能化および高機能化を実現することができる。挿入器具52の器具本体11の先端部が折り曲げ部62で湾曲可能に構成されているため、器具本体11の把持鉗子21および第1折返し部12の画像取得手段22を、器具本体11の遠位方向および近位方向だけでなく様々な方向に機能させることができる。このため、図5に示すように、大腸のひだ裏などの、内視鏡50の挿入方向に面していない部分に対しても使用することができる。また、内視鏡50の挿入方向に面する部分については、第1折返し部12の画像取得手段22と内視鏡本体51の画像取得手段22とを利用して、3次元画像を得ることができる。

Claims (5)
- 観察手段、診断手段および治療手段といった各種手段のうち少なくとも一つの手段を有する細長い器具本体と、
複数から成り、それぞれ前記各種手段のうち少なくとも一つの手段を有し、前記器具本体の遠位に、前記器具本体の近位側で隣り合う折返し部または前記器具本体に対して折り返し可能に、前記器具本体の長さ方向に沿って並んで設けられた折返し部と、
各折返し部を、前記器具本体の近位側で隣り合う折返し部または前記器具本体と並んだ直列位置と、前記器具本体の近位側で隣り合う折返し部または前記器具本体に対して折り返した折返し位置とに移動可能に設けられた操作手段とを有し、
前記操作手段により各折返し部を前記折返し位置に移動させたとき、各折返し部が前記器具本体の先端部の側面に沿って並び、前記器具本体の遠位方向に向かって前記器具本体の手段が機能するとともに、前記器具本体の遠位方向または近位方向に向かって各折返し部の手段が機能するよう構成されていることを、
特徴とする挿入器具。 - 各折返し部のうち2つの折返し部が画像取得手段を有していることを、特徴とする請求項1記載の挿入器具。
- 各折返し部は、最先端に位置する第1折返し部、および、前記第1折返し部と前記器具本体との間に位置する第2折返し部の2つから成り、
前記操作手段は、一端が前記第1折返し部の外側面の先端部に固定された第1線材と、一端が前記第1折返し部または前記第2折返し部の外側面に固定された第2線材と、前記第1折返し部、前記第2折返し部および前記器具本体の内部を通り、一端が前記第1折返し部の内部に固定された第3線材とを有し、前記第1線材を前記器具本体の近位方向に引いて前記第1折返し部を前記折返し位置に移動させ、前記第2線材を前記器具本体の近位方向に引いて前記第2折返し部を前記折返し位置に移動させ、前記第3線材を前記器具本体の近位方向に引いて前記第1折返し部および前記第2折返し部を前記直列位置に移動させるよう構成されていることを、
特徴とする請求項1または2記載の挿入器具。 - 前記器具本体の先端部が湾曲可能に構成されていることを、特徴とする請求項1、2または3記載の挿入器具。
- 請求項1、2、3または4記載の挿入器具を鉗子口に取り付けて成ることを、特徴とする内視鏡。
