Claims (1)
- 相対運動する二部材のうちの一方の部材に設けた装着溝に組み合わせシールを装着することにより前記二部材間をシールする密封装置であって、前記組み合わせシールは、前記二部材のうちの他方の部材に密接する樹脂製の第1リングと、前記第1リングおよび前記装着溝の溝底部間に介装されるゴム状弾性体製の第2リングとの組み合わせよりなる密封装置において、
前記第1リングは、円周上1箇所のカット部を備え、
前記カット部は、前記第1リングのカット面の一部を他の部分よりも円周方向に突出させることにより突出部としたステップカットの形状を備えるとともに、前記突出部の先端を斜めにカットすることにより斜面部としたバイアスカットの形状を備え、
更に前記斜面部の円周方向長さを前記突出部の円周方向長さの半分以下の大きさに設定したことを特徴とする密封装置。
