Description
本発明の別の目的は、先行技術に関連する形の付随する問題及び欠点を有さずにパッケージ材料を製造する方法を実現することである。
これら及び他の目的、並びに利点は、まえがきで記載された方法が、添付の請求項1に説明されるような特性機能を付与することにおいて、本発明に従って達成される。
本発明の方法の好ましい実際的な実施形態は、添付の従属請求項2〜13に説明される特性特徴を更に付与されている。
Claims (13)
- 印刷インクの繰り返しパターンが紙又は板紙のウェブ(10;20)上に形成される、パッケージ材料の製造方法であって、前記繰り返しパターンが前記ウェブ(10;20)の紙又は板紙表面に直接印刷され、その後、更なる加工の前に前記ウェブがマガジンリ−ル(15;25)に巻き取られる、パッケージ材料の製造方法において、
前記マガジンリ−ル(15;25)への巻き取り前に、前記ウェブの紙又は板紙の表面の選択された領域が、当該領域内の前記印刷インクで印刷されたパターンが前記ウェブ(10;20)の紙又は板紙の表面の残りの領域のレベル(42)と同一面又はそれより低いレベル(42)に位置するように、且つその範囲で、平坦化されるように、前記紙又は板紙のウェブ(10;20)が機械的加工を施されることを特徴とする、パッケージ材料の製造方法。 - 前記印刷インクの繰り返しパターンを設けた後に、前記ウェブ(10)に前記機械的加工を施すことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記印刷インクの繰り返しパターンは、前記ウェブ(10)上の所定の幾何学的形状、大きさ及び位置の光学的に又は他の方法で検出可能なマークであって、前記ウェブ(10)の以降の加工において、前記ウェブ(10)の位置を案内し、調整する為の案内マークとして使用されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記印刷インクが付与されている前記ウェブ(10)は、折り畳みを容易にする折れ線の繰り返しパターンが設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記折れ線の繰り返しパターンが、前記印刷インクの印刷されたパターンと位置合わせして施されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記ウェブ(10)の前記機械的加工が、前記ウェブ(10)に前記折れ線の繰り返しパターンを設けると同時に行われることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の方法。
- 前記ウェブ(10)の機械的加工が、前記ウェブ(10)の厚さを同時に減少させるような方法で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ウェブ(20)が、前記印刷インクの繰り返しパターンを設ける前又はそれと共に前記機械的加工を施されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記印刷インクの繰り返しパターンは、前記ウェブ(20)上の所定の幾何学的形状、大きさ及び位置の光学的に又は他の方法で検出可能なマーキングであって、前記ウェブ(20)の以降の加工において、前記ウェブ(20)の位置を検出し、案内する為の案内マークとして使用されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記ウェブ(20)の機械的加工が、圧縮された領域内の前記ウェブ(20)の圧縮及び前記ウェブ(20)の厚さの同時減少により行われることを特徴とする、請求項8又は9に記載の方法。
- 前記印刷インクが付与され、機械的に加工されている前記ウェブ(20)が、折り畳みを容易にする折れ線の繰り返しパターンが設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項8〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記折れ線の繰り返しパターンが、前記印刷インクの繰り返しパターンと位置合わせして施されていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 印刷インクとして、固体顔料又は着色粒子、バインダー及び溶剤からなる分散液が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
