Claims (16)
- 構成材料としてプラスチック粉末を順次層状に塗布し、エネルギーを与えて選択的に凝固させることによって三次元物体を層状に製造する方法であって:
所定の高さ(h)を有する前記構成材料(11)の層(32,33)を支持体(6)又は、少なくとも以前に選択的に凝固された構成材料の層の上に塗布するステップと、
エネルギー源(13)からエネルギー(14)を供給して、製造されるべき物体の断面に対応する位置に塗布された層を、前記構成材料を選択的に凝固させるステップを備え、
所定の高さ(h)を有する層を塗布する前記ステップは、前記所定の高さ(h)よりも低い第1の高さ(h1)を有する第1の粉末副層(32)を塗布するステップと前記所定の高さ(h)よりも低い第2の高さ(h2)を有する第2の粉末副層(33)を前記第1の粉末副層(32)の上に塗布するステップに分割され、
塗布した前記粉末副層(32,33等)の高さの合計と所定の高さ(h)は一致しており、
第1の粉末副層を塗布するステップと第2及びさらなる粉末副層を塗布するステップとの間に、最後に塗布された粉末層が加熱され、
前記第1の粉末副層(32)を塗布するステップ及び前記第2の粉末副層(33)及びさらなる粉末副層を塗布するステップであって製造されるべき前記物体の少なくとも周辺領域を塗布するステップの間では、前記構成材料を選択的に凝固するエネルギーが与えられないことを特徴とする層状に三次元物体を製造する方法。 - 前記第1の粉末副層(32)を塗布するステップ及び前記第2の粉末副層(33)及びさらなる粉末副層を塗布するステップの間において、製造されるべき前記物体の全断面において、前記構成材料を選択的に凝固するエネルギーが与えられないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記構成材料(11)の塗布された層(32,33)の温度が測定され、さらに、加熱された塗布層(32,33)は、塗布された層の前記測定温度に依存してフィードバック制御される請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記粉末副層(32,33)の塗布処理及び一定の電力によって加熱が行われている間では、前記温度の前記フィードバック制御が中断される請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記エネルギーは、レーザの放射等による電磁放射の態様によって与えられる請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記構成材料としての前記プラスチック粉末は、PA11又はPA12を含むポリアミド、PEEKを含むポリアリルエーテルケトン、及び未調節のポリアミドのいずれかである請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記所定の高さ(h)の層は、同じ高さ(h/2)を有する二つの粉末副層に分割して塗布される請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記所定の高さ(h)の層塗布は、三つ以上の粉末副層に分割して塗布される請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記二つ以上の粉末副層(32,33)の塗布は、前後に並べられた二つ以上の塗布装置(12a,12b)を水平移動させることによって行われる請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前後に並べられた前記二つ以上の塗布装置(12a,12b)の水平移動中及び、前記二つ以上の塗布装置を反対方向に移動中に、前記二つ以上の粉末副層(32,33)の塗布が行われ、さらに、個々に粉末副層塗布装置の高さ位置が移動方向の変更に応じて変化される請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記構成材料を塗布し、選択的にエネルギーを与えて順次凝固させることによって三次元物体を層状に製造する装置であって:
物体(2)を構築するための支持体(6)と、
前記支持体又は前に少なくとも選択的に凝固された構築材料の層の上で前記構成材料(11)の層の塗布を行うための塗布装置(12)と、
エネルギー(14)を供給して前記構成材料の前塗布層にするエネルギー源と、
層の塗布及びエネルギーの供給を制御する制御部(20)を備え、
前記制御部は、コンピュータ制御によって動作するCPUを有し、
前記制御部は、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に係る方法を実行するために、前記装置を制御するように構成されている装置。 - 前記構成材料の塗布層(32,33)を加熱するための放射加熱(18)を備えている請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記構成材料の塗布された層の温度測定をするための温度測定部(19)を備え、前記温度測定部(19)は、ポイントパイロメータ(point pyrometer)である請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記エネルギー源は、レーザ等による電磁放射のエネルギー源である請求項11から13のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 塗布装置(12)は、移動方向に対して並んで備えられている二つ以上の副層用塗布装置(12a,12b)を含む請求項11から14のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 実行されると、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実行して、前記構成材料を塗布し、選択的に凝固させて三次元物体を層状に製造する製造装置を制御するコンピュータプログラム。
