Claims (6)
- 複数の太陽電池と、
前記複数の太陽電池同士を接続する配線材と、
前記複数の太陽電池と前記配線材とを接続する接着剤と、
を備える太陽電池モジュールであって、
前記太陽電池は、
光電変換部と、
前記光電変換部の第一主面上に形成された第一透明導電層と、
前記第一透明導電層上に直接形成された銀又は銅の第一めっき電極と、
前記第一透明導電層のうち前記第一めっき電極が形成されていない領域に形成された、樹脂からなるコーティング層と、
を備え、
前記第一透明導電層は、前記第一めっき電極が形成される電極形成領域を備え、
前記第一めっき電極は、互いに平行になるように一方向に延びる線状の複数のバスバー部と、複数の前記バスバー部に交差し、前記バスバー部よりも細く形成された複数のフィンガー部と、を含み、
前記電極形成領域の表面粗さは、前記複数のバスバー部及び前記複数のフィンガー部の長さ方向端部下において、前記バスバー部及び前記フィンガー部の長さ方向中央部下よりも大きい、太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記バスバー部は、前記バスバー部の長手方向に列状に並んだ複数の間隙を備える、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第一主面と反対側の第二主面上に形成された第二透明導電層と、
前記第二透明導電層上に直接形成された第二めっき電極と、
を備え、
前記第二めっき電極は、前記第二透明導電層の略全域を覆って形成される金属層を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記接着剤は、前記第一めっき電極又は前記第二めっき電極と前記配線材とを接続している、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記接着剤が、前記間隙に入り込み前記配線材及び前記第一透明導電層の両方に接触している、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第二めっき電極の前記金属層は、前記配線材が取り付けられる位置に貫通孔を備え、前記接着剤が前記貫通孔に入りこみ、前記配線材と前記第二透明導電層の両方に接触している、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
