Claims (5)
- 少なくとも、熱交換される流体を流通させる熱交換室を内部に設けた所定の厚さを有する熱交換ブロック部と、この熱交換ブロック部の厚さ方向における一対の熱交換面にそれぞれ付設して前記流体に対して熱交換を行う一対の温調部とを備える熱交換装置において、前記熱交換室を前記熱交換面に対して直角方向に二分し、一対の熱交換分室部を形成する熱交換分室用凹部を有するとともに、周縁に沿って所定間隔毎に複数の流通孔部を形成した仕切壁部を有するインナプレート部と、前記インナプレート部の厚さ方向における一方の面に当接し、一方の熱交換面の直角方向から一方の熱交換分室部の内部に流体を流入可能な流入口部を内面に設ける流入口用開口部を有する一方のアウタプレート部と、前記インナプレート部の他方の面に当接し、他方の熱交換分室部の内部の流体を他方の熱交換面から直角方向に流出可能な流出口部を内面に設ける流出口用開口部を有する他方のアウタプレート部とにより熱交換ブロック部を構成するとともに、前記一方のアウタプレート部の内面に、前記流入口用開口部に挿通した流入管の前記流入口部となる開口端部と一体化する一方のライニングシートを貼着し、及び(又は)前記他方のアウタプレート部の内面に、前記流出口用開口部に挿通した流出管の前記流出口部となる開口端部と一体化する他方のライニングシートを貼着してなることを特徴とする熱交換装置。
- 前記一又は二以上の流入口部,及び前記一又は二以上の流出口部は、前記熱交換面に対して略中央に配することを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱交換装置。
- 前記一方のライニングシートと前記流入管の開口端部を別体に形成して結合により一体化し、及び(又は)前記他方のライニングシートと前記流出管の開口端部を別体に形成して結合により一体化することを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱交換装置。
- 前記一方のライニングシートと前記流入管の開口端部を一体成形により一体化し、及び(又は)前記他方のライニングシートと前記流出管の開口端部を一体成形により一体化することを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱交換装置。
- 前記流体には、薬液を適用することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の熱交換装置。
