Abstract
Description
前述の実施例では、上流口を介して逆止弁と逆流防止弁とを接続しているが、特にこれに限定されるものではない。例えば、逆止弁の下流開口部に逆流防止弁の環状弁座を配置するようにしてもよい。また、逆止弁本体を弁体押さえを用いて固定しているが、固定できる構成であれば特にこれに限定されるものではない。例えば、逆止弁本体を溶接によって本体に固定するようにしてもよい。

Claims (2)
- 上流から下流に排水を行う排水系統中に配設される逆流防止装置であって、
前記排水系統の上流から下流に向かって順に配設された逆止弁とフロート式逆流防止弁とを備え、
前記逆止弁は、
前記フロート式逆流防止弁の上方に位置し、
上下方向に開口し、前記排水系統の上流側と前記フロート式逆流防止弁側とを連通する弁座と、前記弁座の下方に位置し、上方への付勢力によって前記弁座に当接することで前記弁座を閉栓し、上流側から流入してきた排水の水頭圧によって前記付勢力に抗して降下することで前記弁座を開栓する弁体と、前記弁体を上方へ付勢する付勢部材と、を含み、
少なくとも、前記弁座、前記弁体及び前記付勢部材を含めた前記弁体が前記弁座を閉栓するための部材が金属で形成され、
前記フロート式逆流防止弁は、
上下方向に開口し、前記逆止弁側と前記排水系統の下流側とを連通する環状弁座と、
前記環状弁座の下方において上下方向に移動可能に位置し、排水の水位上昇に伴って浮上して、前記開口に嵌合して前記開口を閉じることで前記環状弁座を閉栓し、排水の水位低下に伴って降下して前記開口を開放することで前記環状弁座を開栓するフロートと、
前記フロートの上下方向の移動をガイドするガイド部材と、
前記フロートの移動の下限位置を規定する規定部材と、を含む逆流防止装置。 - 前記付勢部材は、コイルバネである請求項1に記載の逆流防止装置。
