Description

- 前記部分的に展開されたフレア形状は、完全に展開された形状よりも小さい形態で部分的に展開された前記冠部(140b)に対応する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記ステント弁(10)が前記収容領域(18)に搭載されるとともに当該システムが解剖学的組織への導入の準備ができている状態では、前記第1および第2のシース(20,22)は互いに間隔を置いている、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ステント弁(10)はさらに前記ステント構成要素(134)の内面のある部分を覆う内側スカートと、前記ステント構成要素(134)の外面のある部分を覆う外側スカートとを含み、前記内側スカートは、部分的な重畳領域を含み、間隔を置いている前記第1および第2のシース(20,22)の間のスペースは、前記内側および外側スカートの部分的な重畳領域の少なくともある部分と位置が合っている、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記流出構造は、前記ステント構成要素(134)の前記流出端部にて頂部を有する複数のアーチ(144)を含む、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- (i)前記第2のシース(22)の平行運動は前記冠部(140b)を展開し、その後、安定化アーチを展開し、生来の尖に対して前記冠部(140b)の軸方向の配置を可能にするとともに、アーチが上行大動脈に接触することにより軸方向整列力の生成を可能にし、(ii)前記第1のシース(20)の平行運動は、前記ステント弁(10)を固定するよう前記固定セクション(140a)を展開する、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 心臓への前記ステント弁(10)の経脈管送達のために構成される、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記送達カテーテル(12)はさらに、前記収容領域(18)において、前記折畳状態にある際に前記ステント弁(10)の一端の前記ステント構成要素(134)の部分と接合係合し、展開の間にステント弁(10)が近位および遠位方向に軸方向運動をするのを抑制するためのステントホルダ(24)を含み、前記ステント弁(10)は、前記ステント構成要素(134)の半径方向拡張部分によって前記ステントホルダ(24)から機能状態へと自己分離するよう構成される、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ステントホルダ(24)は、前記収容領域(18)の遠位端側に配置される、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のシース(20)は前記第2のシース(22)よりも短い、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のシース(20)および前記第2のシース(22)は重畳しておらず、および/または互いに同じ直径を有する、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記送達カテーテル(12)は、前記遠位部分(14)と前記送達カテーテル(12)の近位部分(16)にある制御ハンドル(100)との間を延在する柔軟なステム部分(15)を含み、前記ステム部分(15)は、1つのチューブが他のチューブの中に入れ子式に入れられた、前記制御ハンドル(100)の操作に応答して前記シース(20,22)の平行運動を制御するための複数の柔軟な摺動可能なチューブ(26,28,30)を含み、前記制御ハンドル(100)は、前記第1のシース(20)を近位方向に付勢するために前記チューブ(26,28,30)のうちの少なくとも1つに事前引張力を適用するためのアクチュエータを含む、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記送達カテーテル(12)はさらに前記収容領域(18)にて界面部材(50)を含み、前記界面部材(50)は前記シース(20,22)のうちの少なくとも1つの平行運動の際に展開可能であり、前記界面部材(50)は、前記ステント弁(10)が展開された後、前記解剖学的組織からの前記送達カテーテル(12)の撤収を補助するための案内面を提供する、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記送達カテーテル(12)はさらに、前記収容領域(18)に存在し、かつステント弁(10)が前記収容領域(18)内に収容される際に前記ステント弁(10)と接合係合するためのプロファイルを有するステントホルダ(24)を含み、前記界面部材(50)の前記案内面は、展開されたときに、前記少なくとも1つのシース(20,22)が開位置にある状態で前記送達カテーテル(12)の撤収を促進するよう前記ステントホルダ(24)だけよりも流線型のプロファイルを提供する、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記送達カテーテル(12)は、前記少なくとも1つのシース(20,22)が前記開位置にある状態で、18フレンチの動脈導入器(19)を通って撤収可能である、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記界面部材(50)は、
(i)前記シース(20,22)の概して対向する開放端(20b,22b)にもしくは当該開放端の間に界面を提供すること、ならびに/または、
(ii)前記シース(20,22)の開放端(20b,22b)を互いに位置が合うよう、および/もしくはカテーテル軸に対して中心に位置するよう整列させること、ならびに/または、
(iii)前記シース(20,22)の対向する前記開放端(20b,22b)同士の間にブリッジおよび/もしくは平滑なプロファイルを規定することのうちの少なくとも1つを行うよう展開可能である、請求項14、15、または16に記載のシステム。 - 前記界面部材(50)は前記送達カテーテル(12)上に係留される、請求項14またはそれに従属する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 非展開状態では、前記界面部材(50)はシース(20,22)内に受け入れられる、請求項14またはそれに従属する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記界面部材(50)は、圧縮非展開状態から拡張展開状態へ自己拡張可能である、請求項14またはそれに従属する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記界面部材(50)は、展開状態にある際に、前記収容領域(18)において軸方向に摺動可能である、請求項14またはそれに従属する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記界面部材(50)は、前記案内面を規定するテーパされたまたは丸くされた端部を含む、請求項14またはそれに従属する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
