Description
ガラスメルトを第1の溶融炉に提供する工程と、
ガラスメルトを、接続管を通して、第1の溶融炉から第2の溶融炉まで流す工程であって、ガラスメルトが、第2の溶融炉の上流に位置する接続管の第1の領域および第1の領域の下流に位置する接続管の第2の領域に流れる工程と、
第1の領域内のガラスメルトを、第1の加熱装置により加熱する工程と、
第2の領域内のガラスメルトを、第2の加熱装置により加熱する工程と
を含むガラスを製造する方法。
第1の溶融炉と、
第2の溶融炉と、
第1の溶融炉から第2の溶融炉までガラスメルトを移動させるための、第1および第2の溶融炉を接続する接続管であって、第2の溶融炉の上流に位置する第1の領域を画成する第1の部分と、第1の領域の下流に位置する第2の領域を画成する第2の部分とを含む接続管と、
接続管の第1の領域内のガラスメルトを加熱するよう構成された第1の加熱装置と、
接続管の第2の領域内のガラスメルトを加熱するよう構成された第2の加熱装置と
を含むガラスを製造するための装置。

第1の溶融炉と、
第2の溶融炉と、
前記第1の溶融炉から前記第2の溶融炉までガラスメルトを移動させるための、前記第1および第2の溶融炉を接続する接続管であって、前記第2の溶融炉の上流に位置する第1の領域を画成する第1の部分と、前記第1の領域の下流に位置する第2の領域を画成する第2の部分とを含む接続管と、
前記接続管の前記第1の領域内のガラスメルトを加熱するよう構成された第1の加熱装置と、
前記接続管の前記第2の領域内のガラスメルトを加熱するよう構成された第2の加熱装置と
を含むことを特徴とする、ガラスを製造するための装置。
実施態様2
前記接続管は、下流折返し端部構造を有することを特徴とする、実施態様1記載の装置。
実施態様3
前記下流折返し端部構造は、前記第2の溶融炉の後壁内に少なくとも部分的に配置されていることを特徴とする、実施態様2記載の装置。
実施態様4
前記下流折返し端部構造は、前記後壁を通して延在しており、前記下流折返し端部構造の端部は、前記後壁の内部表面から、前記第2の溶融炉の内部領域へ突出していることを特徴とする、実施態様3記載の装置。
実施態様5
前記第1の部分は、前記第2の部分から電気的に絶縁されており、前記第1の加熱装置は、電流を前記第1の部分に流して、前記接続管の前記第1の領域内の前記ガラスメルトを加熱するよう構成されており、前記第2の加熱装置は、電流を前記第2の部分に流して、前記接続管の前記第2の領域内の前記ガラスメルトを加熱するように構成されていることを特徴とする、実施態様1〜4のいずれか1項記載の装置。
Claims (5)
- 第1の溶融炉と、
第2の溶融炉と、
前記第1の溶融炉から前記第2の溶融炉までガラスメルトを移動させるための、前記第1および第2の溶融炉を接続する接続管であって、前記第2の溶融炉の上流に位置する第1の領域を画成する第1の部分と、前記第1の領域の下流に位置する第2の領域を画成する第2の部分とを含む接続管と、
前記接続管の前記第1の領域内のガラスメルトを加熱するよう構成された第1の加熱装置と、
前記接続管の前記第2の領域内のガラスメルトを加熱するよう構成された第2の加熱装置と
を含み、
前記第1の部分が前記第2の部分から電気的に絶縁されるように、該第1の部分が該第2の部分から分離されかつ間隔をあけて配されている、
ガラスを製造するための装置。 - 前記接続管は、下流折返し端部構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記下流折返し端部構造は、前記第2の溶融炉の後壁内に少なくとも部分的に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記下流折返し端部構造は、前記後壁を通して延在しており、前記下流折返し端部構造の端部は、前記後壁の内部表面から、前記第2の溶融炉の内部領域へ突出していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の部分は、前記第2の部分から電気的に絶縁されており、前記第1の加熱装置は、電流を前記第1の部分に流して、前記接続管の前記第1の領域内の前記ガラスメルトを加熱するよう構成されており、前記第2の加熱装置は、電流を前記第2の部分に流して、前記接続管の前記第2の領域内の前記ガラスメルトを加熱するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
