Description

The present invention relates to a plug member for a refill container, and more particularly, to a plug member for a refill container for refilling contents into a refill container equipped with a pour cap having a pour spout.

In recent years, with regard to synthetic resin containers that contain various liquids and other contents, it has become possible to reduce the environmental burden, and various thin-walled containers have been developed that reduce the amount of resin used. Yes. In addition, refill containers such as pouches are often used as containers for storing various detergents and foods. The refill container can be refilled or refilled into a refill container equipped with a pouring part such as a pour spout so that an expensive refill container is not discarded each time. Make it available for a period.

On the other hand, a refill container such as a pouch is formed of a soft packaging material that is rich in flexibility and flexibility, and the container is easily deformed during refilling work, and is likely to be in an extremely unstable state. For this reason, for example, as a plug member attached to a refill container for refilling the contents of a refill container having a pour cap with a pour spout attached to the mouth, the refill container is packed when refilling. Various plugs (plug members) for refill containers have been developed that enable the reflow outlet to be positioned in a stable state on the spout of the refill container (for example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2). ).

The plug member for a refill container of Patent Document 1 or Patent Document 2 includes a cylindrical spout portion (peripheral wall portion) into which a dispensing nozzle (pouring spout) of a refilled container can be inserted. Refilling the refill container with the refill container by breaking the opening score formed on the sealing plate provided at the inner bottom of the cylindrical peripheral wall by pushing the dispensing nozzle of the inserted refill container A communication opening that communicates with the container is formed.

Further, in the plug member for a refill container of Patent Document 1, the cylindrical peripheral wall portion is provided with a cross-sectional shape portion along the substantially U-shaped cross-sectional shape of the spout spout of the refill container. The user adjusts the direction of the cylindrical peripheral wall portion to the direction of the extraction spout of the refill container, and then inserts the extraction spout into the peripheral wall portion. In the plug member for a refill container of Patent Document 2, the cylindrical peripheral wall portion has a cylindrical shape, and the user can plug the peripheral wall portion without special consideration for the direction of the cylindrical peripheral wall portion. You can insert a spout in a replacement container, but even if the direction of the spout does not match the direction of the opening score, you can push the spout out further after breaking the opening score. Along with this, by the action of a plurality of nozzle positioning ribs and slit positioning ribs that are provided projecting to the inside of the peripheral wall portion, the pouring spout is changed to the direction of the communication opening formed in the seal plate by breaking the opening score. It can be guided to fit.

However, in the plug members for refill containers of Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2, the opening score formed on the seal plate provided on the inner bottom portion of the peripheral wall portion is used for the spout of the spout for the refill container. Since the communication opening is opened by breaking by pushing, a considerable amount of pushing force is required to break the opening score, and operability at the time of opening the plug member is improved. It will be inferior.

Further, in the plug member for a refill container disclosed in Patent Document 1, there may be a case where the operation of adjusting the direction of the cylindrical peripheral wall portion to the direction of the pouring spout of the refill container is felt troublesome. In the plug member for a refill container of Patent Document 2, it is possible to insert the spout of the container to be refilled into the peripheral wall portion without particularly considering the direction of the cylindrical peripheral wall portion. If the orientation of the dispensing spout is significantly different from the orientation of the opening score in the set stage, just before breaking the opening score by pushing the spout, smooth opening operation or pushing operation of the dispensing spout can be performed. It becomes difficult.

The present invention reduces the pushing force when opening by pushing out the pouring spout, and allows the pouring spout to be easily and smoothly positioned in a predetermined direction in the setting stage immediately before opening by pushing out the pouring spout. An object of the present invention is to provide a plug member for a refill container that can effectively improve the operability at the time of opening.

The present invention is for a refill container that covers a refill outlet of a refill container for refilling the contents of a refill container with a cap equipped with an extraction spout at the mouth of the container body. A plug member, comprising a plug main body portion and an extrusion lid portion pushed out from the plug main body portion to the inside of the container by the pouring spout, wherein the plug main body portion is erected upward from a base portion. An annular introduction wall having a circular or substantially circular hollow cross-sectional shape serving as an introduction start portion of the tip portion of the extraction spout is provided, and an inner region of the annular introduction wall is along the outer peripheral cross-sectional shape of the extraction spout A mounting opening having a substantially U-shaped opening edge is formed, and protrudes inward from the inner side surface of the annular introduction wall at a position facing the open side of the substantially U-shaped portion of the opening edge. , Led to the annular introduction wall The alignment bar which guides the tip end portion of the pouring spout in a direction along the substantially U-shaped portion of the opening edge by bringing the inclined side portion of the tip end portion of the pouring spout into contact with each other The extrusion lid portion provides a plug member for a refill container that is detachably attached to the plug main body portion so as to cover the lower portion of the mounting opening opposite to the annular introduction wall. The mounting opening 29 includes, for example, a substantially U-shaped portion 28a having a shape along the outer peripheral cross-sectional shape in the middle portion of the pouring spout 18 in the standing direction, and the open end of the substantially U-shaped portion 28a is linear. An opening edge 28 having a substantially semi-oval shape divided by a short diameter portion 28b is provided (see FIG. 4A).

An alignment bar 30 is provided so as to protrude inward from the inner side surface of the annular introduction wall 27. The alignment bar 30 is provided to project radially inward from the annular introduction wall 27 at a position facing the open side of the substantially U-shaped portion 28 a of the opening edge 28 of the mounting opening 29. In the present embodiment, the open-side inclined wall surface portion 33 is provided so as to extend obliquely downward from the inner side of the upper end portion of the annular introduction wall 27 toward the short diameter portion 28 b of the opening edge portion 28 of the mounting opening 29. It has been. The alignment bar 30 is provided so as to protrude from the open-side inclined wall surface portion 33 by joining the base end portion integrally to the open-side inclined wall surface portion 33 (FIGS. 2 and 3 (a)). ) And (b)). The alignment bar 30 has an upper surface portion disposed on the upper end opening side of the middle portion of the annular introduction wall 27 in the standing direction, and from the inner side surface of the annular introduction wall 27 to 1/3 to 9/10 of the inner diameter thereof. It is provided protruding to the position.

In the set stage immediately before opening the alignment bar 30 by pushing the pouring spout 18 by providing the upper surface portion of the alignment bar 30 closer to the upper end opening side than the intermediate portion of the annular introduction wall 27 in the standing direction. After the alignment bar 30 of the refill container 11 hits the inclined side portion 18b of the tip end portion 18a of the pouring spout 18, the stopper member 10 moves so as to slide on the inclined side portion 18b so that the plug member 10 is poured out. When set to 18, the head in the height direction increases when moving to a predetermined position, so that it is possible to improve the feeling of setting of the refill container 11 felt by the consumer who performs the work. In addition, since the alignment bar 30 is disposed away from the extrusion lid portion 25, it is possible to effectively prevent erroneous opening caused by pushing the extrusion lid portion 25 with a finger or the like. Further, the alignment bar 30 is provided so as to protrude from the inner side surface of the annular introduction wall 27 to a position of 1/3 to 9/10 of the inner diameter thereof, so that the dispensing spout 18 has the orientation of the mounting opening 29. Even when it is introduced into the annular introduction wall 27 from a direction that does not match, the inclined side portion 18b of the tip end portion 18a of the pouring spout 18 becomes easy to press against the alignment bar 30, so that the outer peripheral surface of the pouring spout 18 is substantially omitted. It is possible to effectively guide the plug member 10 to a predetermined position where the U-shaped portion is substantially in close contact with the substantially U-shaped portion of the inner peripheral surface of the mounting opening 29. This also makes it easy to control the flow rate of the contents at the time of refilling, and for example, it is possible to effectively prevent liquid overflow when the refill container 11 is pressed.

In the present embodiment, the alignment bar 30 includes an inclined surface 30b that is inclined on both sides with the central portion as a ridge line 30a on the upper surface portion thereof. The alignment bar 30 includes the inclined surfaces 30b that are inclined on both sides with the center portion as the ridge line 30a, so that the inclined side portion 18b of the tip end portion 18a of the pouring spout 18 hits the ridge line 30a of the alignment bar 30. The tip end portion 18a of the pouring spout 18 is easy to slide on either one of the inclined surfaces 30b on both sides of the ridge line 30a of the alignment bar 30. This makes it possible to guide the plug member 10 more effectively and smoothly to a predetermined set position immediately before opening. The inclined surface 30b is preferably inclined at an inclination angle of 15 ° to 60 ° with respect to the upper end opening surface of the annular introduction wall 27.

In the present embodiment, the alignment bar 30 is provided such that the upper surface portion thereof extends in parallel with the upper end opening surface of the annular introduction wall 27 in the protruding direction (see FIG. 3A). The alignment bar 30 can also be provided in a state in which the upper surface portion is inclined downward, for example, toward the front end side in the protruding direction.

In the present embodiment, an inclined guide wall surface portion 34 that is inclined downward from the inner surface toward the mounting opening 29 is provided on the inner surface of the annular introduction wall 27. As shown in FIG. 4A, the inclined guiding wall surface portion 34 is formed in a portion along the substantially U-shaped portion 28a of the opening edge portion 28 of the mounting opening 29, as viewed from the upper surface, and the substantially U-shaped portion 28a. It is provided between the inner surface of the annular introduction wall 27 so as to reduce its width toward the tip of the substantially U-shaped portion 28a. Further, as shown in FIGS. 2, 3 (a), and 3 (b), the inclined guiding wall surface portion 34 is inclined downward with a gentle gradient from the inner side surface of the annular introduction wall 27 toward the mounting opening 29 on the radially inner side. At the same time, it is provided so as to incline downward with a gentle gradient from the short-diameter portion 28b side of the substantially U-shaped portion 28a toward the tip portion. The inclination guide wall surface portion 34 is provided at a height position substantially the same as that of the alignment bar 30, and the inner edge portion 34 a is attached to the mounting opening through the vertical wall surface portion 35 that stands vertically with respect to the base portion 25. 29 is connected to the substantially U-shaped portion 28a of the opening edge 28 of the 29.

Furthermore, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, the stopper main body portion 24 is a flat surface in which an extrusion lid portion 25 that is attached so as to cover the attachment opening 29 from below is detachably attached. A cylindrical annular mounting wall portion 36 is integrally provided. The annular mounting wall portion 36 extends downward from the mounting opening 29 from a portion directly below the annular introduction wall 27 and is provided inside the annular skirt portion 32 that extends downward from the outer peripheral edge of the base portion 25. Are arranged concentrically. The extrusion lid portion 25 is detachably attached to the annular mounting wall portion 36 in a state where the top plate 25a is disposed close to the lower portion of the mounting opening 29.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, the extrusion lid portion 25 has a flat dome-shaped cylindrical shape having an outer diameter substantially the same as the inner diameter of the annular mounting wall portion 36, and from the opening edge of the lower end opening. It is formed in a shape having an annular stopper rib 25b provided so as to protrude outward over the entire circumference. The extrusion lid portion 25 is fitted into the dome-shaped cylindrical portion from the lower side of the annular mounting wall portion 36 to the inside thereof while forcibly pushing until the annular stopper rib 25b abuts against the lower end portion of the annular mounting wall portion 36. Then, it is mounted on the annular mounting wall portion 36. As a result, the extrusion lid portion 25 can be easily joined and fixed integrally to the plug body portion 24 by covering the mounting opening 29 from below with the top plate 25 a being disposed close to the mounting opening 29. The refill container plug member 10 obtained by integrally bonding and fixing the extrusion lid part 25 to the plug main body part 24 is fitted and mounted on the mouth part 12 of the refill container 11 so that the liquid detergent is filled. The refill container 11 can be easily and firmly sealed. In addition, the extrusion lid part 25 can also be mounted and fixed by a driving method from the lower side of the annular mounting wall part 36 to the inside thereof.

Further, when the liquid detergent as the contents is refilled from the refill container 11 to the refill container 16, the pouring cap 19 attached to the refill container 16 with respect to the refill container plug member 10. After setting the dispensing spout 18 in a predetermined direction, the dispensing spout 18 is pushed toward the pushing lid portion 25 that closes the mounting opening 29. Thereby, the extrusion lid part 25 can be easily pushed out from the plug body part 24 to the inside of the refill container 11, and can be smoothly opened with the mounting opening 29 as the communication opening.

After the extrusion lid portion 25 is pushed out, the pouring spout 18 is further pushed into the pouring spout 18 so that the outer peripheral surface of the pouring spout 18 is an opening of the mounting opening 29 formed in the plug main body portion 24 in the middle portion in the standing direction. It will be in close contact with the substantially U-shaped portion 28a of the edge portion 28. As a result, the dispensing spout 18 is mounted in a state of being positioned in the mounting opening 29, so that the mounting opening 29 is used as a communication opening and the inside of the dispensing spout 18 is used as a dispensing path. It is possible to smoothly refill the liquid detergent in a stable state without causing liquid leakage from 11 to the refill container 16.

And according to the plug member 10 for refill containers of this embodiment provided with the above-mentioned structure, while reducing the pushing force at the time of opening by pushing out the extraction spout 18, it is just before opening by the pushing-out of the extraction spout 18. In this setting stage, the dispensing spout 18 can be easily and smoothly positioned in a predetermined direction, and the operability at the time of opening can be effectively improved.

That is, according to the present embodiment, the refill container plug member 10 includes the plug main body portion 24 and the extrusion lid portion 25, and the extrusion lid portion 25 that is detachably attached by the pushing of the pouring spout 18. By pushing the inside of the container 11, the communication opening by the mounting opening 29 is opened. Therefore, for example, compared to the pushing force against the plug member that is opened by breaking the opening score formed on the seal plate, it is possible to considerably reduce the pushing force for pushing out the extrusion lid portion 25, As a result, it is possible to effectively reduce the pushing force when the extraction spout 18 is opened by pushing.

Further, according to the present embodiment, the refill container stopper member 10 includes the circular introduction wall 27 having a circular or substantially circular hollow cross-sectional shape, so that the user is particularly careful about the direction of the annular introduction wall 27. Without this, it becomes possible to introduce the tip end portion of the spout 18 for the refill container 16 into the annular introduction wall 27. An alignment bar 30 is provided so as to protrude inward from the inner surface of the annular introduction wall 27 at a position facing the open side of the substantially U-shaped portion 28 a of the opening edge 28 of the mounting opening 29. As a result, the tip portion of the pouring spout 18 introduced into the annular introduction wall 27 contacts the alignment bar 30 with the inclined side portion 18b of the tip portion 18a as shown in FIGS. The spout 18 is rotated while the inclined side 18b is aligned with the alignment bar 30 by bringing the tip 18a into contact with the substantially U-shaped portion 28a whose outer peripheral surface is the opening edge 28. It is possible to guide in the direction along. In addition, this makes it possible to smoothly align the tip end portion 18a of the pouring spout 18 in the direction of the mounting opening 29 immediately before the mounting opening 29 is opened by pushing out the extrusion lid portion 25 (FIG. 8 (c)).

As a result, as shown in FIG. 8D, it is possible to effectively improve the operability at the time of opening to open the communication opening by the mounting opening 29 by pushing out the extrusion lid portion 25.

Furthermore, according to the present embodiment, the inclined guiding wall surface portion 34 that is inclined downward from the inner surface toward the mounting opening 29 is formed on the inner surface of the annular introduction wall 27. This complements the function of guiding the distal end portion 18a of the spout spout 18 by the alignment bar 30 in a direction in which the outer peripheral surface is along the substantially U-shaped portion 28a of the opening edge portion 28, thereby improving the operability at the time of opening. Further improvement can be achieved effectively.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made. For example, the alignment bar does not necessarily have an inclined surface that is inclined on both sides with the central portion as a ridgeline, and an inclined guiding wall surface portion that is inclined downward toward the mounting opening is formed on the inner side surface of the annular introduction wall. It does not necessarily have to be.

In addition, the refill container to which the refill container plug member is attached is not necessarily a thin-walled bottle-shaped container, and the refill container plug member of the present invention is attached to various other refill containers. Can be used. For example, as shown in FIG. 9, a refill container stopper member 10 ′ may be attached to cover the refill outlet of the standing pouch 50.

Furthermore, the extrusion lid part can be colored in a different color from the plug body part.
