Claims (10)
- 乾燥混合物を含む低風化性タイル用グラウト組成物であって、a)ポルトランドセメント、b)砂または骨材、c)前記乾燥混合物中の全固形分に対して0.01〜0.98wt%のアルミニウムセメント、d)脂肪酸またはアルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属もしくは二価金属の脂肪酸塩、およびe)前記乾燥混合物中の全固形分に対して0.5〜1.0wt%未満のメタカオリンの乾燥混合物を含む低風化性タイル用グラウト組成物。
- 前記アルミニウムセメントc)の量は、前記乾燥混合物組成物中の全固形分に対して0.4〜0.98wt%の範囲である、請求項1に記載の乾燥混合物組成物。
- 脂肪酸またはアルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属もしくは二価金属の脂肪酸塩d)の量が、前記乾燥混合物組成物中の全固形分に対して0.25〜0.75wt%の範囲である、請求項1または2に記載の乾燥混合物組成物。
- 150μm以下の平均粒度を有する1種以上の不活性な無機材料をさらに含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の乾燥混合物組成物。
- 不活性な無機材料の量が、乾燥混合物組成物中の全固形分に対して最大15wt%の範囲である、請求項4に記載の乾燥混合物組成物。
- 30〜50wt%の前記ポルトランドセメントa)を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の乾燥混合物組成物。
- 前記砂または骨材b)は、0.08〜0.6mmの粒度範囲を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の乾燥混合物組成物。
- 前記脂肪酸またはアルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属もしくは二価金属の脂肪酸塩d)はオレイン酸ナトリウムを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の乾燥混合物組成物。
- タイル用グラウトとしての、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の乾燥混合物組成物の使用。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の乾燥混合物組成物を水と配合する工程、前記混合物を静置してコテ塗り可能なコンシステンシーにする工程、タイル支持基板に付着した2つ以上または複数のタイル間の隙間に前記コテ塗り可能な混合物を塗布する工程、および乾燥させる工程を含む、低風化性タイル用グラウト乾燥混合物組成物を使用する方法。
