Claims (12)
- 検体分離装置であって、前記検体分離装置は、前記検体(11)を垂直に受け入れる供給装置(4)と、検体成分を分離する分離手段(14,15)と、分離された検体液体を受け入れる入口チャンバ(10)とを有し、前記入口チャンバは、前記分離手段(14,15)上に配置された状態で前記分離手段(14,15)からの前記分離された検体液体に対して開いており、前記検体分離装置は、前記分離された検体液体を前記入口チャンバ(10)から横方向に運ぶチャネル(9)を更に有する、検体分離装置であって、前記チャネル(9)は、前記入口チャンバ(10)のベースに設けられた凹部によって形成されており、
前記入口チャンバ(10)内の前記チャネル(9)は、フィルム(6)によって部分的に覆われており、前記チャネル(9)内の前記分離された検体液体のための流入領域が前記入口チャンバ(10)内に設けられており、
前記チャネル(9)の前記流入領域は、前記チャンバの中央に設けられており、
前記フィルムの入口チャンバ(10)を覆う部分は、フィルム(6)に一体に連結された舌部(8)であり、前記舌部(8)は、前記フィルム(6)に設けられた充填開口部中に突き出ており、
舌部(8)は、入口チャンバ(10)の外側領域においてチャネル(9)を覆い、これにより、入口チャンバ(10)の外側領域に関し、入口チャンバ(10)からチャネル(9)への検体液体の流入が生じないようになっており、
フィルムの舌部(9)の形状及び長さは、入口チャンバ(10)の中央領域において、チャネル(9)が覆われず、頂部が開口するよう選択されている、検体分離装置。 - 前記分離手段は、垂直開口部(15)及び特にメンブレン(14)から成るフィルタ(14)を有し、フィルタ面が前記分離手段と前記入口チャンバ(10)との間に分離面(17)を形成し、前記チャネル(9)は、少なくとも部分的に前記分離面(17)の下に延びていて、前記分離手段によって分離された検体液体は、前記分離面(17)を通って流れた後、前記チャネル(9)を直接湿潤させて前記チャネル(9)内に流れることができるようになっている、請求項1記載の検体分離装置。
- 前記チャネル(9)は、流体を排出する手段を有し、その結果、流体は、前記チャンバのベースから特に前記ランプ(12)上でこれに沿って前記チャネル(9)内に流れるようになっている、請求項1または2に記載の検体分離装置。
- 前記供給装置(4)は、上側プレート状基体(3)に形成されたウェル(5)を有する、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一に記載の検体分離装置。
- 前記供給装置(4)は、上側プレート状基体(3)上にインターロック係合関係をなして配置されたインサートを有する、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一に記載の検体分離装置。
- 前記分離面(17)は、チャネル開口部の付近で、前記入口チャンバ(10)の前記ベースに当接する、請求項2に記載の検体分離装置。
- 前記チャネル(9)が延びている領域とは別に、前記入口チャンバは、検体液体(11)のための毛管停止部を形成し、側方に前記入口チャンバを画定する空気抜きトレンチ(7)により包囲されている、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一に記載の検体分離装置。
- 前記空気抜きトレンチは、その端部のところに広幅部分(13)を有する、請求項7記載の検体分離装置。
- 前記供給装置(4)は充填開口部(15)を有し、前記充填開口部(15)のところで上側プレート状基体(3)には凹部が設けられ、該凹部は、メンブレン(14)のための当接面(18)を有する、請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一に記載の検体分離装置。
- 前記舌部(8)は、流体密状態で前記チャネル(9)上に載っている、請求項1記載の検体分離装置。
- 前記フィルム(6)は、少なくとも1つの接着剤層を有する、請求項1又は10記載の検体分離装置。
- 前記チャネル(9)が延びている領域とは別に、前記入口チャンバは、検体液体(11)のための毛管停止部を形成し、側方に前記入口チャンバを画定する空気抜きトレンチ(7)により包囲されており、前記フィルム(6)は、空気抜きトレンチ(7)を少なくとも部分的に覆っている、請求項1、10又は11に記載の検体分離装置。
