Description
・PE−HD(HDPE):分枝鎖の少ない重合鎖、したがって、0.94g/cm3〜0.97g/cm3の高密度(「HD」は「高密度(high density)」の略)、
・PE−LD(LDPE):分枝鎖の多い重合鎖、したがって、0.915g/cm3〜0.935g/cm3の低密度(「LD」は「低密度(low density)」の略)、
・PE−LLD(LLDPE):直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン、短い分枝のみを有する高分子。これらの分枝はエテンの共重合により生成され、α−オレフィン率が高い(具体的には、ブテン、ヘキセンまたはオクテン)(「LLD」は「直鎖状低密度」の略)、
・PE−HMW:高分子量ポリエチレン。高分子鎖がPE−HD、PE−LDまたはPE−LLDの場合よりも長く、平均分子量は500kg/mol〜1000kg/molである、
・PE−UHMW:平均分子量が最高6000kg/molであり、0.93g/cm3〜0.94g/cm3の密度を有する超高分子量ポリエチレン(「UHMW」は「超高分子量(ultra high molecular weight)」の略)、
に引き出される。

加熱滅菌中の変形
121℃の温度で加熱滅菌中フィルムの変形を調査するため、個々の場合において1.33dm2の大きさのフィルムを40分間、応力の無い状態で加熱滅菌した。結果は、縦方向における収縮は、試料1:3.2%、試料2:11.1%、試料3:0.4%*、横方向における収縮は、試料1:1.6%、試料2:2.1%、試料3:0.4%*(*試料3に係るフィルムはすでに前もってETO滅菌(エチレンオキサイド滅菌)されておりおよびおそらく応力はなかった)である。
加熱滅菌中固着
加熱滅菌中フィルムの固着を調査するため、対応するフィルムを用いて製造された空のバッグを121℃の温度で40分間加熱滅菌した。試料1に係る多層フィルムを用いた時、当該バッグの内部表面は測定可能な固着または凝集を示さなかった。これに比較して、試料2に係る多層フィルムを使用したとき、バッグの内部表面は共に固着し、および約90秒以内に、10cmにわたって離すため約320mmWS(水カラム)の静水圧が必要であった。試料3を使用した時、加熱滅菌の後、バッグの内部表面は明らかに固着しており、10分間300mmHgの水圧をかけても完全には離れなかった。
脆化温度
フィルムの脆化温度を、DIN 53443 T 2に従って調査した。試料1は−60℃で、試料2は−65℃で、および試料3は−60℃で初期の脆性破壊を示した。
荷重−変化耐性
荷重−変化耐性は空気圧によって作動するテスト装置を使用した試験により決定した。前記多層フィルムを二つの半分のハウジング間に固定した。当該フィルムを前記ハウジングの底部に置き、一方、ハウジングの最上部から25mlの球形カップを拡張した。
ガス透過性
以下の表1は試料1、2、および3はO2とCO2のガス透過性を示し、ここでO2のガス透過性は、ASTM D−3985,DIN 53380により決定した。
弾力試験を本発明に係る使い捨てバッグの多層フィルムの試料を用いて行った。15mmの深さと120μmの厚さの試料を試験した。当該試験は押し出し方向(CD)に垂直におよび押し出し方向(MD)に沿ってダイカットされて行われた。当該多層フィルムの構造は:
PP/SEBS 8μm(RD 204 CF 40%,Borealis; Septon 8004,クラレ)
PE/SEBS 97μm(TuftecRD H1062 25%,アサヒ; Engage 8003 40%,Dow; Septon 8004,クラレ)
PP/SEBS 15μm(RD 204 CF 40%,Borealis; Septon 8004,クラレ)
である。
比較フィルム1:
構造 厚さ 約200μm
外面 約15μm ポリプロピレン−エチレン共重合体100%
中間 約160μm SEBS35%、ポリプロピレン−エチレン共重合体65%
内部 約20μm ポリプロピレンーエチレン共重合体80% SEBS20%

構造 厚さ 約180μm
外面 約20μm ポリプロピレン−エチレン共重合体100%
中間 約120μm SEBS60%、ポリプロピレン−エチレン共重合体40%
内部 約20μm ポリプロピレンーエチレン共重合体100%
である。
Claims (15)
- 流体を収容するための多層フィルムを含む使い捨てバッグであって、前記多層フィルムが、縦方向に250%〜850%、および横方向に300%〜1050%の引張伸びを有し、かつ、前記多層フィルムが、(A)型層と2以上の(B)型層とを含み、
前記(A)型層は、複数の成分を含み、前記成分の一つである成分(I)がスチレン−イソプレンブロック共重合体、スチレン−エチレン−ブチレンブロック共重合体、スチレン−エチレン−プロピレンブロック共重合体およびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択され、他の一成分である成分(II)がポリエチレンおよびエチレン単位を含む共重合体からなる群から選択され、この際、前記(A)型層における前記成分(I)の割合は、(A)型層の全組成に対して、35〜99.99%の範囲内であり、
前記(B)型層は、それぞれ独立して複数の成分を含み、前記成分の一つである成分(i)がスチレン−エチレン−ブチレンブロック共重合体、スチレン−エチレン−プロピレンブロック共重合体、スチレン−イソプレンブロック共重合体およびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択され、他の一成分である成分(ii)がポリプロピレンおよびプロピレン単位を含む共重合体からなる群から選択され、この際、前記(B)型層における前記成分(i)の割合は、(B)型層の全組成に対して、35〜99.99%の範囲内である、使い捨てバッグ。 - 最大限まで満たされたときの前記使い捨てバッグの外部表面の、空の時の前記使い捨てバッグの外部表面に対する比が≧2/1である、請求項1に記載の使い捨てバッグ。
- 最大限まで満たされた時の前記使い捨てバッグの収容力の、前記多層フィルムが現状のまま伸びていない状態にある時の収容力に対する比が≧3/1である、請求項1または2に記載の使い捨てバッグ。
- 最大限に満たされたときの前記使い捨てバッグの収容力が30L〜120Lの範囲にある、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の使い捨てバッグ。
- 複数の室を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の使い捨てバッグ。
- 前記室が、前記使い捨てバッグの縦方向に互いに平行して並ぶ、請求項5に記載の使い捨てバッグ。
- 供給管および排出管も有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の使い捨てバッグ。
- 供給管および排出管が異なる室に接続されている、請求項7に記載の使い捨てバッグ。
- 前記(A)型層における前記成分(II)の割合が、前記(A)型層の全組成に対し0.01%〜65%の範囲にある、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の使い捨てバッグ。
- 前記(B)型層における前記成分(i)が≧120000g/molの平均分子量を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の使い捨てバッグ。
- 前記(A)型層が二つの更なる(B)型層に囲まれている中間層であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の使い捨てバッグ。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の使い捨てバッグを導入した支持装置を含む装置。
- 前記装置が使い捨てバッグを固定するためのホルダーも含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記支持装置が前記使い捨てバッグに接続されている成型受皿を含むことを特徴とする、請求項12または13に記載の装置。
- a)請求項1および9〜11のいずれか1項に記載の多層フィルムの製造;
b)前記多層フィルムのバッグ内への溶着;
の段階を含む請求項1および9〜11のいずれか1項に記載の使い捨てバッグの製造方法。
