・前記キャップと前記キャップ受け入れ部との間に相対運動を導入すること
を含んでいる。
・或る量の薬剤を収容しており、出口および可動壁を備えている容積可変のリザーバと、前記可動壁を移動させるべく動作することができるアクチュエータ機構と、着脱式のキャップと、前記キャップが注射装置に装着されるときに前記キャップと当接または係合するように構成されたキャップ受け入れ部とを備えており、前記キャップ受け入れ部および前記アクチュエータ機構が、前記キャップの前記キャップ受け入れ部への着脱によって前記アクチュエータ機構の位置に影響が及ぶように接続される注射装置を用意すること、および
・前記注射装置から前記キャップを取り外すこと
を含んでいる。
・或る量の薬剤を収容しており、出口および可動壁を備えている容積可変のリザーバと、前記可動壁を移動させるべく動作することができるアクチュエータ機構と、着脱式のキャップと、前記キャップが注射装置に取り付けられるときに前記キャップに当接または係合し、前記キャップおよび前記アクチュエータ機構の結合のための結合領域をもたらすように構成されたキャップ受け入れ部とを備える注射装置を用意すること、および
・前記キャップと前記キャップ受け入れ部との間に相対運動を導入すること
を含んでいる。
以下で、図3〜19に示したとおりの本発明の第2の実施形態による注射装置100について、使用の状況を説明する。
Claims (12)
- 医療用の注射装置であって、
−液状の薬剤を収容しており、出口および可動壁を備えている容積可変のリザーバと、
−前記液状の薬剤の1回分の投薬量を注射すべく動作することができ、前記可動壁の変位を生じさせるように構成されたアクチュエータ部材と、前記アクチュエータ部材を移動させるように構成された駆動部材と、前記駆動部材を方向付けるように付勢する付勢手段と
を備えている注射機構と、
−着脱式のキャップと、
−前記キャップが前記出口を覆うべく当該注射装置に取り付けられるときに前記キャップと整合するように構成されたキャップ受け入れ部と
を備えた注射装置であって、
前記キャップ受け入れ部が、前記キャップと前記注射機構との間の作用的結合部となり、該作用的結合が、前記キャップが前記注射機構に組み合わせられた部位に当接または係合することを含んでおり、
前記駆動部材が、前記キャップと前記キャップ受け入れ部との相対移動に応答して第1の位置から第2の位置へと移動するように構成されている、注射装置。 - 前記キャップと前記キャップ受け入れ部との相対移動が相対的平行移動を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の注射装置。
- 前記キャップと前記キャップ受け入れ部との相対移動が、前記キャップ受け入れ部からの前記キャップの取り外しを含んでいる、請求項1または2に記載の注射装置。
- 前記駆動部材の移動に影響を及ぼすように構成された案内手段をさらに備えており、前記リザーバが環境に流体連通しているとき、前記第2の位置が前記案内手段によって画定される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の注射装置。
- 前記キャップが、前記注射機構との結合のための接触インターフェイスを備えており、
前記案内手段が、前記駆動部材を支持するための第1の台地を備えており、前記第1の位置が、少なくとも部分的に前記接触インターフェイスによって定められ、前記第2の位置が、前記第1の台地によって画定される、請求項4に記載の注射装置。 - 前記案内手段が、前記駆動部材を支持するための第2の台地をさらに備えており、前記駆動部材が、前記注射機構が1回分の投薬量を注射すべく操作されるとき、前記第1の台地から前記第2の台地へと移動し、前記第1の台地と前記第2の台地との間の距離が、注射の際に前記出口を通って吐き出される薬剤の量に対応している、請求項5に記載の注射装置。
- 前記アクチュエータ部材が、前記駆動部材が係合するように構成された軸方向に間隔を空けて位置する複数の歯を備えており、連続した2つの歯の間の距離が、前記第1の台地と前記第2の台地との間の距離よりも大きい、請求項6に記載の注射装置。
- 投薬量を設定すべく動作することができる投薬量設定手段をさらに備えている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の注射装置。
- 前記投薬量設定手段が、操作されると所定の投薬量を設定するように構成されている、請求項8に記載の注射装置。
- 前記付勢手段が、平行移動および/または回転運動のためのエネルギーを貯蔵および放出するように構成されたばね部材を備えている、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の注射装置。
- 注射装置のプライミングのための方法であって、
−請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の注射装置を用意すること、および
−前記注射装置から前記キャップを取り外すこと、を含んでいる方法。 - 前記リザーバが出口閉鎖具をさらに備えており、
−前記出口閉鎖具を尖った物体で貫くことをさらに含んでいる、請求項11に記載の方法。
