Description

Claims (20)
- 噴霧装置をベンチレーション装置(100)に連結するための第一連結部(10)と前記噴霧装置を患者に至るライン(103)に連結するための第二連結部(31)とを有する本体(1,2)であって、前記本体は前記第一連結部(10)から前記第二連結部(31)に至る流れチャンネルを形成する本体(1、2)と、
流体を霧化するための霧化器(3)であって、前記第一連結部(10)と前記第二連結部(31)との間の前記流れチャンネルに配置され、前記流体が前記第一連結部から前記第二連結部に至る流れの方向に実質的に平行に、好ましくは流れの方向に噴霧されるように構成された霧化器(3)と、
前記本体(1、2)と連結された、霧化すべき流体を容れる流体容器(14)と
を有し、
前記流体容器(14)は、前記霧化器(3)の方向に先細りになるテーパー部(23)を有し、
前記霧化器(3)は、前記流体を霧化するための複数の孔が設けられている振動可能な膜(37)を有し、前記膜は、前記第一連結部(10)から前記第二連結部(31)への流れの方向とほぼ直角に配置され、
前記噴霧装置は、前記流体が噴霧される噴霧室(38)をさらに有し、前記膜(37)が前記流体容器(14)と前記噴霧室(38)との間に配置され、
前記噴霧室及び前記第二連結部は、前記膜の第一の側に配置され、前記第一連結部は、前記第一の側とは反対の前記膜の第二の側に配置され、
蓋が前記流体容器に連結され、ベンチレーション中でも前記流体容器を充填するために取り外し可能である、ベンチレーターのための噴霧装置。 - 前記第一連結部(10)が、前記ベンチレーション装置(100)から来る給気ライン(101)と前記ベンチレーション装置(100)に至る排気ライン(102)とに連結され、前記給気ライン(101)から前記排気ライン(102)に至るバイパス(13)が、前記霧化器(3)の前記第二連結部(31)と反対側の側部に形成される、請求項1に記載の噴霧装置。
- 前記第一連結部(10)は、前記給気ライン(101)を連結するための第一連結部材(11)と前記排気ライン(102)を連結するための第二連結部材(12)とを有する、請求項1又は2に記載の噴霧装置。
- 前記噴霧室(38)が前記膜(37)と前記第二連結部(31)との間に設けられている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の噴霧装置。
- 前記テーパー部(23)は、前記膜(37)の方向に延び、前記膜により閉じられた流体室(24)に開口している、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の噴霧装置。
- 前記膜(37)から離れる方向に向く前記テーパー部(23)の少なくとも一部が垂直に対して10°から40°の角度で延びている、請求項5に記載の噴霧装置。
- 前記流れチャンネルは、前記膜(37)と前記本体(1,2)との間の半径方向に形成された取巻き流れ部(42、43)を有し、前記取巻き流れ部が、前記ベンチレーション装置(100)の患者に至るラインの最小断面積にほぼ相当する断面積を有している、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の噴霧装置。
- 前記膜(37)は、前記取巻き流れ部(42,43)の少なくとも一部(42)が前記膜(37)を取り囲むフレーム(19,40)と前記膜(37)との間に形成されるように、スポークにより前記フレーム(19,40)内に掛けられている、請求項7に記載の噴霧装置。
- 前記流体容器内には、流体連通インターフェースが設けられ、前記流体容器は、前記流体連通インターフェースを介して前記流体容器と連通する流体アンプルを容れるように構成されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の噴霧装置。
- 前記流体連通インターフェースは、開孔具により形成され、前記開孔具により開けられる流体アンプルを受けるよう構成されている、請求項9に記載の噴霧装置。
- 前記開孔具は中空スパイクである、請求項10に記載の噴霧装置。
- 前記流体連通インターフェースは、中空針(122)と、流体アンプルを受けた時に前記中空針(122)により開けられるバルブ(123)とにより形成される、請求項10に記載の噴霧装置。
- 前記流体容器は前記本体に着脱可能に連結される、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の噴霧装置。
- 前記流体容器(14)は、前記本体(1、2)と一体的に連結される、請求項1に記載の噴霧装置。
- 前記流体容器(14)は、前記第一連結部(10)から前記第二連結部(31)に至る流れの方向の周りに45度までの傾斜で、一定量の流体を前記膜(37)に供給するように構成される、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の噴霧装置。
- 前記テーパー部(23)は、ほぼ円錐形を有し、前記円錐の頂部は前記流体室(24)の中にある、請求項5に記載の噴霧装置。
- 呼吸気を与えるための給気ライン(101)と排気エアを返すための排気ライン(102)と患者(104)に至る第二ライン(103)とを有するベンチレーション装置と共に、前記請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の噴霧装置を有し、前記本体(1,2)の前記第一連結部(10)が前記給気ライン(101)と前記排気ライン(102)とに連結され、前記本体の第二連結部(31)が前記第二ライン(103)に連結されている、ベンチレーター。
- 前記給気ライン(101)と前記排気ライン(102)が、夫々別の管により形成され、これらが請求項3の特徴を有する噴霧装置の夫々に対応する第一連結部(10)の第一連結部材(11)と第二連結部材(12)に連結され、前記ベンチレーション装置(100)は、連続的なバイアス流が生成され、前記バイアス流が吸引サイクルの間には、呼吸エアと共に前記給気ライン(101)から、前記本体(1,2)の流れチャンネルを通して前記第二ライン(103)に流れて患者(104)に至り、その他においては、前記給気ライン(101)と請求項2の特徴を有する噴霧装置のバイパス(13)を通して前記排気ライン(102)に流れる様に構成されている、請求項17に記載のベンチレーター。
- 前記給気ライン(101)と前記排気ライン(102)は隔壁により二つの部分に分けられた共通管か前記噴霧装置の前記第一連結部(10)に連結された同心管により形成され、前記ベンチレーション装置(100)は、連続的なバイアス流が生成されて、該バイアス流が吸引サイクルの間には、呼吸エアと共に前記給気ライン(101)から、前記本体(1,2)の流れチャンネルを通して前記第二ライン(103)に流れて患者(104)に至り、その他においては、前記給気ライン(101)と請求項2の特徴を有する噴霧装置のバイパス(13)を通して前記排気ライン(102)に流れるように構成され、前記バイパスは、前記霧化器と前記霧化器に面する前記隔壁又は前記同心管の内管の前面との間に形成されている、請求項17に記載のベンチレーター。
- 前記吸引サイクルに応答して前記霧化器(3)が起動されることで流体の霧化が前記吸引サイクルの間でのみ起きるようにする制御器を更に有している、請求項17〜19のいずれか1項に記載のベンチレーター。
