Claims (6)
- 軸受の構成部品をチャック装置にてチャックしてこの構成部品の仕上げ加工を行う加工方法であって、
前記構成部品は転走面を有し、転走面に焼入鋼切削を行い、チャック装置によるチャックを解除することなく、構成部品をチャックしたまま、この転走面の仕上げ研削と、転走面を省く他の部位の切削とを同時に行い、仕上げ研削にて、切削加工にて生じる数10μmの加工変質層を除去することを特徴とする加工方法。 - 前記構成部品は転走面を有し、この転走面の仕上げ研削代として片肉100μm以内の取代を残して焼入鋼切削することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加工方法。
- 前記構成部品が外径面に転走面を有する内輪であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の加工方法。
- 前記構成部品が内径面に転走面を有する外輪であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の加工方法。
- 前記請求項3に記載の加工方法にて加工された内輪を用いたことを特徴とする軸受。
- 前記請求項4に記載の加工方法にて加工された外輪を用いたことを特徴とする軸受。
