Description
Claims (13)
- 表面処理により溶剤中に均一に分散する性質を付与したノンリーフィングタイプのアルミニウム及び/又はアルミニウム合金からなる燐片状のノンリーフィングアルミフレークを耐火原料中に含有させた耐火物。
- 耐火原料中のアルミニウム及び/又はアルミニウム合金のうち、ノンリーフィングアルミフレークが50質量%以上を占める請求項1に記載の耐火物。
- ノンリーフィングアルミフレークの70質量%以上が0.1mmの篩い目を通過する請求項1又は2に記載の耐火物。
- ノンリーフィングアルミフレークを有機溶媒中に分散させたペースト状で耐火原料中に含有させた請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の耐火物。
- 還元雰囲気又は窒素雰囲気中において700℃以上で熱処理された請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の耐火物。
- 厚みが80mm以上である請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の耐火物。
- 高炉内張り用の耐火物である請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の耐火物。
- 長さ2μm以下のアルミニウム化合物の針状結晶が含まれている請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の耐火物。
- 使用時に加熱されることによって長さ2μm以下のアルミニウム化合物の針状結晶が生成する請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の耐火物。
- 針状結晶の主要鉱物相がAlNである請求項8又は9に記載の耐火物。
- 針状結晶のうち50質量%以上が長さ2μm以下である請求項8〜10のいずれかに記載の耐火物。
- 長さ2μm以下のアルミニウム化合物の針状結晶が含まれている耐火物。
- 使用時に加熱されることによって長さ2μm以下のアルミニウム化合物の針状結晶が生成する耐火物。
