Description
Claims (1)
- カッターホイールを備えた切断ヘッドとガラス板を支持する切断テーブルとを備え、切断ヘッドと切断テーブルとをNC制御させて直交の平面座標系において輪郭制御運動を行なう切断部と、研削ホイールを備えた研削ヘッドとガラス板を保持する研削テーブルを備え、研削ヘッドと研削テーブルとをNC制御させて直交の平面座標系において輪郭制御運動を行なう研削部とからなり、切断部と研削部とは同時平行して同一の輪郭運動軌跡を行ないながら、さらに切断ヘッドと研削ヘッドが上記平面座標系に直交する軸の回りで角度制御されるようにしたガラス板の加工機械において、切断ヘッドと研削ヘッドとは、それぞれに角度制御モータを備え、切断ヘッドの角度制御と研削ヘッドの角度制御とを同期させて運転するようになっており、切断ヘッド及び研削ヘッドのそれぞれは、平面座標動きの一方の軸として移動する移動台に、軸線が平面座標動き面に直交して、回転自在に取付けられたそれぞれ中空の回転軸の下端部に、側方から取付けられ、かつそれぞれの上記回転軸の上端部には、側方から伝動手段を介して角度制御モータが連結され、さらに上記回転軸は、中空部が上端から下端に貫通しており、切断ヘッド及び研削ヘッドは、直接に独立して角度制御回動され、カッターホイールの向きが形成すべき切線方向に向けられるようにすると共にガラス板のエッヂでの研削ホイールの押圧方向が当該ガラス板のエッヂでの法線方向を保つようにしたガラス板の加工機械。
