請求項3の発明では、請求項1の発明において、前記接続部材は、前記外側流通路の上流端及び下流端を塞ぐべくそれぞれ配置され、前記外側流通路を通じての前記燃料ガスの流通を確保するための貫通孔を有することを特徴としている。

Claims (3)
- 水素及び酸素が混入した燃料ガスの供給を受ける内外の電極で電解質層を挟み込み、内部が前記燃料ガスの内側流通路として形成された管状の燃料電池と、
該燃料電池の外側に前記外電極と間隔を存して配置されるとともに、前記燃料電池と協働して二重管構造を形成するカバー管と、
前記燃料電池と前記カバー管との一端部同士及び他端部同士を接続し、前記燃料電池の外側に前記間隔を利用して前記燃料ガスの外側流通路を確保する接続部材と、
前記カバー管の両端部に接続され、前記外側流通路を含む前記燃料ガスの流通経路を前記カバー管とともに形成しつつ、前記内側流通路を含む前記燃料ガスの流通経路を前記燃料電池とともに形成し、前記燃料電池とは非接触な燃料ガス管とを備えたことを特徴とする発電装置。
- 前記間隔は、前記燃料電池の内径より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発電装置。
- 前記接続部材は、前記外側流通路の上流端及び下流端を塞ぐべくそれぞれ配置され、前記外側流通路を通じての前記燃料ガスの流通を確保するための貫通孔を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発電装置。
