Description
以下、本発明の真空遮断器用電極の各実施例を、従来と同一部分を同符号で示した図1から図6を用いて順に説明する。
Claims (5)
- 導電棒の端部に固定するカップ形接触材と、前記カップ形接触材の端面に固着されてアーク発生部となる接触板とにより構成され、かつ前記カップ形接触材の一端の外周面部分に、軸線に対して傾斜させた複数のスリットを設けた縦磁界形の真空遮断器用電極において、前記接触板は、高電流遮断性能材料製の中央部材と、前記中央部材と相性が良くかつ高遮断性能である高耐電圧材料製であって前記中央部材の外側に配置して固着する外周部材とを用いて一体に構成したことを特徴とする真空遮断器用電極。
- 請求項1において、前記中央部材は混合量がMo>CrのCu−Cr−Mo材で形成し、前記外周部材はCu−Cr材で形成したことを特徴とする真空遮断器用電極。
- 請求項1において、前記外周部材は焼結合金にて環状に形成し、前記中央部材は焼結合金にて円板状に形成したことを特徴とする真空遮断器用電極。
- 請求項3において、前記中央部材は前記カップ形接触材側に円形銅板を固着したことを特徴とする真空遮断器用電極。
- 請求項1において、前記外周部材は高耐電圧材料にて凹円板形に形成し、前記外周部材の凹部に良好な通電性能で高電流遮断性能材料製の前記中央部材を配置したことを特徴とする真空遮断器用電極。
