Description
Claims (17)
- コーティングを有するインプラントであって、該コーティングは人体内で銀イオンを放出して抗菌効果を有し、前記コーティングの第1表面部分は含銀アノード物質で形成され、カソード物質が、前記第1表面部分から空間的に分離した第2表面部分に供給され、前記カソード物質は、電解電位列において前記アノード物質よりも上位に位置し、前記カソード物質と前記アノード物質とは導電的方法で相互に接続される、インプラント。
- 前記アノード物質は純銀である、請求項1記載のインプラント。
- 銀イオンの放出に基づく前記アノード物質の標準電極電位は、+0.8Vよりも小さい、請求項1記載のインプラント。
- 前記カソード物質の標準電極電位は+0.8Vよりも大きい、請求項1乃至3のうち何れか1項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記カソード物質は金である、請求項4記載のインプラント。
- 前記カソード物質の標準電極電位は、前記アノード物質の標準電極電位よりも、少なくとも0.3V高い、請求項1乃至5のうち何れか1項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記カソード物質の標準電極電位は、前記アノード物質の標準電極電位よりも、少なくとも0.5V高い、請求項1乃至5のうち何れか1項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記カソード物質の標準電極電位は、前記アノード物質の標準電極電位よりも、少なくとも0.7V高い、請求項1乃至5のうち何れか1項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記カソード物質は島状に前記アノード物質の中に埋め込まれる、請求項1乃至8のうち何れか1項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記アノード物質により形成される前記第1表面部分は、前記コーティング表面の50%より多くを占める、請求項1乃至9のうち何れか1項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記アノード物質により形成される前記第1表面部分は、前記コーティング表面の70%より多くを占める、請求項1乃至9のうち何れか1項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記アノード物質により形成される前記第1表面部分は、前記コーティング表面の80%より多くを占める、請求項1乃至9のうち何れか1項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記コーティングは円形表面領域を含み、その円形表面領域は0.1mmより大きい直径を有し、カソード物質を含まない、請求項1乃至12のうち何れか1項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記コーティングは円形表面領域を含み、その円形表面領域は0.5mmより大きい直径を有し、カソード物質を含まない、請求項1乃至12のうち何れか1項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記コーティングは円形表面領域を含み、その円形表面領域は1mmより大きい直径を有し、カソード物質を含まない、請求項1乃至12のうち何れか1項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記アノード物質と前記カソード物質とは互いに対して平坦である、請求項1乃至15のうち何れか1項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記カソード物質は前記アノード物質に対して突出している、請求項1乃至15のうち何れか1項に記載のインプラント。
