Description
本発明の目的は、固体照明の色と強度を、PWMスキームを使用して正確にすばやく制御することである。
Claims (11)
- 複数の発光体を有する固体照明パネルを制御するためのシステムであって、
前記複数の発光体に電流を選択的に供給するように動作する少なくとも1つの電流ドライバーと、
前記複数の発光体の出力をモニターするように動作する複数のセンサーであって、前記複数のセンサーは光センサーからなる第一部分と、その他のセンサーからなる第二部分
からなる、複数のセンサーと、
前記複数のセンサーの前記第一部分に応答し、対応する強度および/または色調計算から得た強度および/または色調情報を含む色管理情報を発生するように動作する色管理部と、
前記色管理情報および前記複数のセンサーの前記第二部分に応答して色管理処理を実行し、デューティーサイクルデータを発生するように動作する色管理マイクロプロセッサーと、
前記デューティーサイクルデータを受け取り、前記少なくとも1つの電流ドライバーを制御するように動作するデューティーサイクルマイクロプロセッサーとを備え、
前記色管理マイクロプロセッサーは、ユーザー入力に応答して前記デューティーサイクルデータを発生するように構成されており、前記色管理マイクロプロセッサーと前記色管理部と前記デューティーサイクルマイクロプロセッサーは別々のハードウェアユニットであることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記複数のセンサーの第二部分は、熱センサーであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 複数の固体発光体を有する固体照明パネルを制御する方法であって、
前記複数の固体発光体の出力を検出する光センサーからの信号を利用して色管理部内で前記色管理情報を発生するステップと、
前記色管理情報を前記色管理マイクロプロセッサーに伝達するステップと、
前記複数の固体発光体の性能データを、前記光センサー以外のセンサーによって前記色管理マイクロプロセッサーによる受け取りのために検出するステップと、
前記色管理部から受け取った前記色管理情報に応答して前記色管理マイクロプロセッサー内に発光体制御データを発生するステップであって、前記色管理情報は対応する強度および/または色調計算から得た強度および/または色調情報を含むステップと、
前記色管理マイクロプロセッサーから受け取った前記発光体制御データに応答してデューティーサイクルマイクロプロセッサーにより前記複数の固体発光体を制御するステップと、
前記色管理マイクロプロセッサーへのユーザー入力を受け取るステップと、を含み、
前記発光体制御データはデューティーサイクルデータを含み、前記発光体制御データは前記ユーザー入力に応答して修正され、
前記色管理マイクロプロセッサーと前記色管理部と前記デューティーサイクルマイクロプロセッサーは別々のハードウェアユニットであることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記複数の固体発光体を、電気的に直列結合された複数の発光体の一部を含むように構成された複数の発光体ストリングにグループ化するステップと、
複数の電流ドライバーを用いて前記複数の発光体ストリングを駆動するステップと、
前記デューティーサイクルマイクロプロセッサーから複数の制御信号を前記複数の電流ドライバーが受け取るステップと
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。 - 前記駆動するステップは、パルス幅変調(PWM)を発生して前記複数の発光体ストリングを制御するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記デューティーサイクルマイクロプロセッサーに伝達される前記発光体制御データのために前記色管理マイクロプロセッサーをポーリングするステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記性能データは、前記複数の固体発光体の出力に対応する複数の温度値を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記性能データは、前記複数の固体発光体の出力に対応する複数の色性能値を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 複数の固体発光体を有する固体照明パネルを制御するためのシステムであって、
前記複数の固体発光体のための色性能情報に応答して色管理データ処理を実行し、複数のデューティーサイクルデータ値を発生するように動作する色管理マイクロプロセッサーと、
複数の光センサーからの出力を受け取り、対応する強度および/または色調計算から得た強度および/または色調情報を含む色管理情報を発生し、前記色管理情報を前記色管理マイクロプロセッサーに伝達するように構成された色管理部と、
前記色管理マイクロプロセッサーから前記複数のデューティーサイクルデータ値を受け取り、前記複数の固体発光体を制御するように動作するデューティーサイクルマイクロプロセッサーと
前記複数の固体発光体の出力を検出する用に動作する前記複数の光センサーを含む複数のセンサーと、
を備え、
前記色管理マイクロプロセッサーは、ユーザー入力を受け取り、前記複数のデューティーサイクルデータ値を修正し、
前記複数のセンサーは光センサーからなる第一部分とその他のセンサーからなる第二部分を含み、
前記色管理部は前記複数のセンサーの第一部分に応答し、
前記色管理マイクロプロセッサーが前記複数のセンサーの第二部分に応答して、色管理処理を実行するように動作し、
前記色管理マイクロプロセッサーと前記色管理部と前記デューティーサイクルマイクロプロセッサーは別々のハードウェアユニットであることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記デューティーサイクルマイクロプロセッサーから複数のパルス幅変調(PWM)信号を受け取り、前記複数の発光体に選択的に電流を供給するように動作する複数の電流ドライバーをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記デューティーサイクルマイクロプロセッサーは、更新されたデューティーサイクルデータのために前記色管理マイクロプロセッサーをポーリングするように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のシステム。
