Claims (9)
- 材料ウェブをシール及び溶接するための超音波溶接装置用の超音波振動ユニットであって、
前記超音波振動ユニットは、コンバータ(14)に接続されたソノトロード(12)を有し、
前記ソノトロード(12)は、回転軸(a)を有するソノトロードシャフト(20)と、前記回転軸(a)からラジアル方向に突出した、前記回転軸(a)を中心に回転可能な少なくとも1つのシールホーン(16)と、を有し、
前記シールホーン(16)は、シール面(18)を形成する自由端部を有し、
前記ソノトロードシャフト(20)の1つ又は2つの端面(22)は、前記コンバータ(14)に接続されており、
前記シールホーン(16)は、前記ソノトロードシャフト(20)における縦振動(SWl)の振動節(KL)にて、ブースタ(24,26)を介して、前記ソノトロードシャフト(20)の上に固定されている、
超音波振動ユニットにおいて、
前記ブースタ(24,26)および前記シールホーン(16)が、前記回転軸(a)からラジアル方向に突出している、
ことを特徴とする超音波振動ユニット。 - 1つまたは複数のブースタ(24,26)が設けられている、請求項1記載の超音波振動ユニット。
- 前記シール面(18)は、前記回転軸(a)に対して平行に位置している、請求項1または2記載の超音波振動ユニット。
- 各シールホーン(16)は、それぞれただ1つの固定点を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の超音波振動ユニット。 - 複数の前記シールホーン(16)は、1つの同一の振動節(KL)にて、前記回転軸(a)からラジアル方向に突出するよう配置されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項4記載の超音波振動ユニット。 - 複数の前記シールホーン(16)は、異なる複数の振動節(KL)にて、前記回転軸(a)からラジアル方向に突出するよう配置されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項4記載の超音波振動ユニット。 - 各シールホーン(16)は、それぞれ少なくとも2つの固定点を有し、
前記固定点同士の間隔は、それぞれ前記縦振動(SWl)の波長の倍数である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の超音波振動ユニット。 - 複数の前記シールホーン(16)は、複数の同一の振動節(KL)にて、前記回転軸(a)からラジアル方向に突出するよう配置されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項7記載の超音波振動ユニット。 - 複数の前記シールホーン(16)は、複数の異なる振動節(KL)にて、前記回転軸(a)からラジアル方向に突出するよう配置されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項7記載の超音波振動ユニット。
