Description
Claims (7)
- 第一および第二コンポーネント(1,2)の間の接続構造(9)であって、前記第二コンポーネント(2)は鋼材から形成されるものであり、
前記第一コンポーネント(1)が、自動車のフレームワーク構造コンポーネント、支柱、またはサポートコンポーネントを形成し、前記第二コンポーネント(2)が前記第一コンポーネント(1)に隣接する車体コンポーネントを形成すること、および
前記第一コンポーネント(1)が繊維強化プラスチックから作られ、前記2つのコンポーネント(1,2)が金属製の中間コンポーネント(3)を用いて接続され、前記中間コンポーネント(3)が前記第一コンポーネント(1)と取り外し不可能なプラグイン接続を用いて接続されていることを特徴とする接続構造。 - 前記中間コンポーネント(3)が1つの端部(4)に取付フランジを有し、それを用いて前記中間コンポーネント(3)が前記第二コンポーネント(2)に結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の接続構造。
- 前記中間コンポーネント(3)がスリーブとして形成され、取付フランジの前記構成の1つの端部(4)で平らにプレスされることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の接続構造。
- 前記取り外し不可能なプラグイン接続が、締り嵌めを用いておよび/または接着層(10)を用いて形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の接続構造。
- 前記第一コンポーネント(1)および前記中間コンポーネント(3)の前記プラグイン接続の両端部(6、11)が、前記プラグイン接続の長さにわたって電気絶縁要素によって分離されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の接続構造。
- 前記電気絶縁要素が、接着層(10)および/またはガラス若しくはアラミド繊維強化プラスチックの巻線体であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の接続構造。
- 前記第一コンポーネント(1)が、単一方向の繊維配向を持つ炭素繊維強化プラスチックからなることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載の接続構造。
