Description
積層構造体の上向き対向端部をイソプロピルアルコールまたは別の適切な薬剤で清浄にした後に、以下の実施例1〜5に記載される組成の1つを有するシーラント分散液を、前記上向き対向端部上に塗布する。前記上向き対向端部の領域が自由にアクセス可能であるように、前記積層構造体を垂直位置で支える。適切な分配装置およびドクターブレードの使用を組み合わせることによって、前記積層構造体の前記上向き対向端部上に液状シーラントの平らなコーティングを塗布する。そのシーラント分散液を、UV放射を用いて(190〜380nm、室温にて20秒間)硬化して、前記積層構造体の前記上向き対向端部上に高度に透明で無色の層を生成する。
(1)50%SiO2を含有するジプロピレングリコールジアクリレート(クラリアント)
(2)ポリプロピレングリコールメタクリレート Mn約375(シグマ-アルドリッチ)
(3)脂肪族ウレタンアクリレート(ラーン(Rahn))
(4)2−ヒドロキシ−2−メチル−1−フェニル−プロパン−1−オン(チバ スペシャリティ ケミカルズ)
(1)30%SiO2を含有するトリプロピレングリコールジアクリレート(クラリアント)
(2)ポリプロピレングリコールメタクリレート Mn約375(シグマ-アルドリッチ)
(3)2−ヒドロキシ−2−メチル−1−フェニル−プロパン−1−オン(チバ スペシャリティ ケミカルズ)

Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1枚のグレージングペイン、少なくとも1つの中間層、前記中間層の少なくとも1つの端部を覆うシール、および光起電モジュールを具える積層構造体であって、前記シールがナノ粒子状酸化ケイ素を含む積層構造体。
- 前記中間層がポリマー中間層を含む、請求項1に記載の積層構造体。
- 前記シールが、接着層中に分散したナノ粒子状酸化ケイ素を含む接着テープを有する、請求項1又は2に記載の積層構造体。
- 前記シールが、前記中間層の端部にシーラント分散液を塗布することによって得ることができ、前記シーラント分散液が、膜形成媒体中に分散したナノ粒子状酸化ケイ素を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の積層構造体。
- 前記膜形成媒体が重合性液体媒体である、請求項4に記載の積層構造体。
- 前記膜形成媒体が重合開始剤を含む、請求項5に記載の積層構造体。
- 前記膜形成媒体が光重合性モノマーまたはオリゴマーおよび光開始剤を含む、請求項5または6に記載の積層構造体。
- 前記膜形成媒体が、エポキシ樹脂、ウレタン、シリコーン、アクリレート、メタクリレート、およびそれらのコポリマーからなる群より選択される媒体である、請求項4〜7のいずれか1項に記載の積層構造体。
- 前記ナノ粒子状酸化ケイ素が有機的に変性されたナノ粒子状酸化ケイ素である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の積層構造体。
- 前記シールが1重量%〜75重量%のシリカを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の積層構造体。
- 前記シールの外観が、70℃の温度にて96時間の期間の大気への曝露の後に有意に変化しない、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の積層構造体。
- 請求項1に記載の積層構造体の端部を封止する方法であって、前記積層構造体が少なくとも1枚のグレージングペイン、少なくとも1つの中間層、前記中間層の少なくとも1つの端部を覆うシール、および光起電モジュールを具え、前記方法がナノ粒子状酸化ケイ素を具えるシーラントを前記中間層の少なくとも1つの端部に塗布することを含む方法。
- 前記シーラントが前記中間層の端部に塗布され、シーラントが熱によって重合される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 所望の厚さの前記シールが、前記シーラントの反復塗布によって得られる、請求項12又は13に記載の方法。
- 重合性シーラント分散液が用いられ、該分散液が重合性液体媒体中に分散したナノ粒子状酸化ケイ素を含む、請求項12から14のいずれかに記載の方法。
