Description

また、本発明は以下に記載する態様を含む。
(態様1)
樹脂注入プロセスにおいて、樹脂は少なくとも1つの真空バッグ内のプリホームに流れて、高い繊維体積分率を有する複合部品を形成し、改良点は、
樹脂の圧力を大気圧よりも減じて、プリホームへの正味の成形圧力を、予め定められたレベルの圧縮に保持するのに十分なくらいに維持することにより、高品質の複合部品の製造を可能にすることを含む、樹脂注入プロセス。
(態様2)
正味の成形圧力は、入ってくる樹脂への圧力を制御することによって制御される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
(態様3)
プリホームは、炭素、繊維ガラス、アラミド、または他の連続的なまたは非連続的な繊維材料および/または構成から選択された強化繊維を含む、態様1に記載のプロセスによって製造された複合部品。
(態様4)
繊維体積分率の改善された制御を与えるために循環圧縮によって生成される圧縮されたプリホームであって、循環圧縮の利益は、樹脂圧力を制御することによって向上される、プリホーム。
(態様5)
樹脂を成形表面のプリホームへ流すステップを含む樹脂注入を用いて、高い繊維体積分率、予め定められた厚さ、および制御された厚さを有する複合部品を製造するためのプロセスであって、前記プロセスは、
(a) 循環圧縮でプリホームを所望の厚さに圧縮するステップと、
(b) プリホームへの好適な正味の成形圧力を保持することによって、樹脂を注入する際に所望の厚さのプリホームを保持するステップとを含む、プロセス。
(態様6)
正味の成形圧力は、樹脂を含む樹脂供給ポットを部分的な真空下に置くことによって達成される、態様5に記載のプロセス。
(態様7)
態様5のプロセスによって製造される、複合部品。
(態様8)
態様6のプロセスによって製造される、複合部品。
(態様9)
樹脂が少なくとも1つの真空バッグ内のプリホームに流れて、複合部品を形成する樹脂注入プロセスにおいて、
真空バッグの入口側の樹脂の圧力を大気圧よりも低くし、かつ真空バッグの出口側の樹脂の圧力よりも高くして、プリホームへの正味の成形圧力を、圧縮に保持するのに十分なくらいに維持することにより、複合部品の製造を可能にすることを含む、樹脂注入プロセス。
(態様10)
正味の成形圧力は、入ってくる樹脂への圧力を制御することによって制御される、態様9に記載のプロセス。
(態様11)
繊維体積分率の改善された制御を与えるために循環圧縮によって生成される圧縮された、態様9または10のプロセスに用いるプリホームであって、循環圧縮の利益は、樹脂圧力を制御することによって向上される、プリホーム。
Claims (4)
- 樹脂を成形表面のプリホームへ流すステップを含む樹脂注入を用いて複合部品を製造するためのプロセスであって、前記プロセスは、
(a)プリホームへの好適な正味の成形圧力を保持することによって、樹脂を注入する際に所望の厚さのプリホームを保持するステップと、
(b)流頭に沿った、プリホームの浸透性の低い領域を供給するステップとを含み、
正味の成形圧力は、樹脂を含む樹脂供給ポットを大気圧よりも減じた圧力下に置くことによって達成され、
入口圧力を周囲大気圧よりも下げることによって制御し、一方で注入の最中にプリホームへの正味の成形圧力を維持するプロセス。 - 樹脂を成形表面のプリホームへ流すステップを含む樹脂注入を用いて複合部品を製造するためのプロセスであって、前記プロセスは、
(a)プリホームへの好適な正味の成形圧力を保持することによって、樹脂を注入する際に所望の厚さのプリホームを保持するステップと、
(b)プリホームの最終的な部分に達しない分布媒体を供給して不感帯を形成し、複合部品の製造を可能にするステップとを含み、
正味の成形圧力は、樹脂を含む樹脂供給ポットを大気圧よりも減じた圧力下に置くことによって達成され、
入口圧力を周囲大気圧よりも下げることによって制御し、一方で注入の最中にプリホームへの正味の成形圧力を維持するプロセス。 - 負荷サイクルを繰り返すことによる圧縮(循環圧縮)でプリホームを所望の厚さに圧縮するステップをさらに有する請求項1または2に記載の樹脂注入プロセス。
- プリホームは、炭素、繊維ガラス、アラミド、または他の連続的なまたは非連続的な繊維材料および/または構成から選択された強化繊維を含む、請求項1ないし3の何れか一項に記載のプロセス。
